We recently purchased a dishwasher from knees which arrived damaged. The delivery people used by Knees are shockingly bad and the service we received from knees regarding our complaint was also shockingly bad. I’m still waiting for them to pick up the damaged item and refund my money. My advice is to avoid this company at all cost.

Wish I read reviews beforehand. Like many I ordered something that was apparently in stock, then turned out not to be and they didnt even have a date for recieving it.
Avoid
Ordered a dishwasher thinking it was in stock, but then I received an email 48 hours later informing me there would be a 4-9 weeks delay. As the price was competitive I decided I would be prepared to wait as I didn’t need it immediately. 8 weeks later I contacted customer services by phone (20 minute wait for them to answer the phone) to ask if they had any idea when the dishwasher would be in stock, only to be informed that they were actually in stock and had no idea why it hadn’t been delivered to me. They were unable to deliver to me for another 5 days and when the dishwasher arrived it was the wrong dishwasher and had someone else’s name and address on it as well as mine. They had no idea what had happened but arranged to deliver another one to me in 9 days time after I returned from holiday. Day before due delivery date I rang to check (another 20 min wait to get through) and they had no record that my dishwasher was due to be delivered the next day! So exasperated I cancelled the order and ordered one from Marks Electricals which was delivered the very next day.

However, decided to give them benefit of the doubt as they had the item I was looking for at a very competitive price & I am so glad did. The ordering of the CDA wine cooler was straight forward, confirmation received straight away and email communication in relation to delivery was good. Received earlier than expected and item was well packaged for protection. Can fault the experience I had at all and felt I needed to share this. Thank you Knees Home & Electrical’s 😀
Horrific Web Sales & Customer Service
Horrific web sales team. MD of this firm needs to get a grip of his web content and staff who oversee stock. Items are listed as 'available to order' with a delivery period. You then receive an email the following day saying that they do not have the item; in the meantime they have taken your money. Deliberately misleading and untrustworthy sales. Also when you email on your disappointment, they cannot be bothered to acknowledge or reply. Lots for the Directors of this firm with training and customer service to learn in the modern age of online shopping.
Large nonna mirror not white as stated in add
We ordered the Nonna large rectangular window mirror in white . When ordering it stated there would be a delay and that it would arrive mid April. However it arrived mid May . We really weren’t in any big rush as we’d finally found the mirror we were looking for in white . We knew it would be a shabby chic effort and painted the area accordingly . However the mirror on arrival was definitely not white or even off white but a beige colour. The company were not interested. I asked if they would pay us back some money as we’d have Toni’s it it white but the company said ni and that it was white !!! The image in the advert isn’t a proper photo mire like a sketch but definitely white! They did offer a refund but we couldn’t find a mirror that size so will paint it white . We are very disappointed in the customer service and will never use them again .

Wish I had read previous reviews before dealing with this company! Over the years, have purchased many items from Knees and service has been excellent. However, this personal service now seems a thing of the past. Orders being done online but told that I needed to ring first to check they are in stock. Item was available in local warehouse but told no delivery for 10 days. Only when they realised I was going to buy elsewhere, delivery was then offered next day! Staff do not return calls and have to be chased up. The company has got too big (now moving from shop on retail park to bigger warehouse premises) and the service is abysmal. However, if you Google Euronics in Wiltshire there is a Euronics store near Marlborough which offers excellent personal customer service. I did my order over phone and received friendly, efficient customer service and item was delivered next day.

Half a year ago I ordered a Bosch HBG6764B6B. Until today, no one from the store has provided me with any information when my order will be completed. I also paid £ 200 because I buy in installments. I do not recommend it.
Poor aftersales service to say the least.
Ordered a light which unfortunately was too big for the room, requested a return and did not receive a response. I have had to call on at least 5 occasions to try and arrange a return. Still no return call and they have made no arrangements to arrange collection. I said I would arrange return however informed that this may affect my refund as they need to check that item is saleable. UPDATED: The item was finally collected and advised today 24/0222 that my refund will be made so increased to 2 stars.

Items are listed as 'available to order' with a delivery frame of 3-10 days. You then receive an email saying that they do not have the item; in the meantime they have taken your money. Deliberately misleading.
Actionable misrepresentation
I ordered a product from this company that was listed as “in stock”. I ordered from this company for that reason only - other similar electronics companies listed the product and identified that it would be “on order”. The company emailed the next day to say the product was not in stock. They therefore got the order through their dishonesty.
I have since read other reviews and note that this is the company’s (seemingly fraudulent) modus operandi.
I will be suing the company unless they compensate me appropriately for their misrepresentation.
Poor service
I ordered a Bosch hob online and checked twice as the site said it had only one left in stock so, paid for it, got a confirmation and also information regarding delivery which cost £24.99
Got an email next day saying they had none left in stock and would have to wait 10 to 16 weeks or a refund which could take 5 days Appalling service and would avoid

Ordered a coffee machine for christmas, out of stock, no problem it happens. Called to ask where it was 2 weeks later "call you back in the hour", no such call. a month later I'm on hold with one call in front of me for 25 minutes. coffee machine was for husbands Christmas present its the 20/12/21

I can’t believe the negative reviews regarding customer service? Our machine was delivered and after the carrier left we found that there was damage. Being a Saturday afternoon we called the office expecting a poor response but the call was answered quickly and we were asked to email a photo of the damage which we did. An email from their customer service on the Monday apologised for the damage, although not their fault, and told us that they would have a replacement sent as soon as they could arrange transport. Sure enough, within 2-3 days all was arranged and the replacement delivered, perfect! My dealings with their customer service was excellent!
Terrible customer service!
How wrong can you be. Gave Knees a good review initially, seemed prompt with dealing with damaged machine that I had delivered and hidden by delivery drivers. Still waiting for the replacement in November! No updates from them, had to chase all the time only to find there apparently was a mess up with ordering it, had been 'lost' and now on 4 wk min delivery time again! I asked for option for different machine or refund, they came back with choice of 2 machines, both older models, one being a very expensive Smeg. I asked for a newer model of a Hoover only to be told 4 wk min delivery time(apparently, or maybe because they didn't want me to have it) and I would have to pay difference of £80. Can only assume the Smeg was difficult to get rid of as cost didn't matter then and that was couple hundred pounds! Have now agreed full refund and they collect damaged machine. Still no offer of any compensation for inconvenience etc, even had to remind them of the extra installation charge I paid separately to the machine. No apology for all the inconvenience etc. Terrible customer service. You would have thought a smaller company would make more effort. I will never use them again. Really wish I had read reviews before purchasing but machine I originally ordered was a good price compared to other companies.

This company does not care about their customers - I advise not buying from Knees.
I bought two outdoors lights back in April, which took over two months to be delivered. Fortunately, due to some delays on my building project, receiving these lights in June didn't have a negative impact. However, when the electrician went to fit the lights, one of them was faulty. Speaking to Knees, they advised I would have to wait another four weeks for a replacement and, as the second fix was already scheduled, I advised that due to time constraints, four weeks wasn't an option. Knees advised that they would only provide a refund for the faulty light which has now left me with a light I can't use (and, consequently out of pocket).
On 14 October Knees advised that they would speak to Dar Lighting (the manufacturer of the light) to ask them to contact me to collect the faulty light. Although I paid Knees and I am their customer, they take no liability for faulty goods leaving their customers to wait for Knees' manufacturers to contact them. Several calls and almost a month later, I have had no call from Dar Lighting and continue to be out of pocket for both lights.
I have subsequently bought lights from John Lewis (delivered quickly and working!) and my electrician has kindly not charged me for the additional work as a consequence of this episode with Knees. This is what great customer service looks like Knees!
A frustrating and costly lesson. Buyer beware.

Price matching, showed rep price comparison via pricespy app.. told by manager it was a refurbished item which it was not so went to Curry's and they accepted and I brought from them, so if you carry on lik we that where haggling is legal I'd get another job now before you are claiming JSA benifit
