A really excellent retailer. Super competitive prices, especially when buying a range of appliances, and second to none customer service. Some third-party delivery issues threatened to delay a kitchen refurbishment, but Knees sorted everything out immediately which kept everything on track. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Smeg fridge freezer last week was given a delivery date and time with DX 2 hour window I took two hours from work didn’t come within the 2 hours. A family member then came to my house to sit and wait for it 3 hours after they turn up. The delivery driver said he would take the packaging my mum she agreed. I then got home from work and seen it was the wrong side opening fridge I had ordered my mistake. I contacted knees and said could I exchange for the other side opening so still using them. They said it would be a collection fee of £65 which is fine as it is my error. But needed to be put in an email. They contacted me back this morning saying I needed to also pay a restocking fee for the one being returned which was £260. On top of the £65 collection fee. So to send a return back it will cost me £325. Even if I wanted to exchange it would still cost this. I rang them to be told because it has been taken out of the packaging it’s second hand and I have to pay the restocking fee regardless. Disgusting customer service. Never experienced this before. I also have to repackage it myself so it gets back to them to even consider my refund, So I will buy the fridge from AO and use the packaging from that one to repackage the fridge I bought from knees.. I will record me doing this so they can’t say it was damaged by myself. I will never buy from this company ever again and warn anyone to do the same.

Also the price I paid for an integrated dishwasher, Bosch, was the best price for this item - I searched!

Exceptional service from start to…
Exceptional service from start to finish. I was looking for a particular range cooker when I visited the Knees showroom - Pete and Chloe were friendly and knowledgeable in responding to my questions. They also did me a great price on the item, which was massively appreciated.
They kept me updated on when my order would be ready and then held onto it for me for a good few weeks while my flooring was being completed. Brilliant service, I would 100% recommend and will definitely be using again.

Outstanding
This is how all online sellers should operate - needed a dishwasher, looked around and saw a good price with Knees....... I was doubtful as being a new name to me.
Ordered a Bosch - they stated that delivery would be between 3 - 10 days which was OK with me.
Ordering was simple, communications with Sam were excellent, e-mails quickly responded to accurately and at length to reassure me.
DX, their delivery company were excellent too - gave us a date and then, closer to the time, a 90 minute delivery window - they were polite and courteous. Free delivery in my case which sealed the deal together with the Bosch 5 year parts and labour warranty.
A big downside was their use of SHOP/Shopify for tracking the order - absolutely terrible - don't know why they bother with that as it really gives a bad imagine to an otherwise outstanding outfit.

I hadn't heard of Knees Electrical until I found their website via Top cashback. Attracted by a cashback offer of 10.2 per cent on the purchase of Bosch appliances, I bought a dishwasher with 5yr Bosch warranty for £369 and free delivery to Cumbria. John Lewis price for same model was £419 Inc delivery. After receiving £37.63 cashback, This dishwasher has cost me £331.37 with free delivery - that's £87.63 cheaper than buying from John Lewis - so a very hard to beat price. Was able to choose a delivery date to suit. Came by DX direct from Bosch exactly on time.

Don't bother with these ingrates
I called Knees to check on delivery times for a Neff built-in microwave oven Graphite-Grey - HLAWD23G0B that I had in my basket ready to purchase. I was left for about 90 seconds whilst continually being told I was "caller number one in the queue" when somebody lifted the receiver and simply placed it back down.
Well, suffice it to say I'll never be using this shower of wasters and incompetents in the future. A message to Knees Home & Electrical, get a grip and employ the right staff before they force you to go under, just look at your reputation on here!
Edit 04/07/25. So the response from Knees is utter nonsense, I actually heard the noise made when the phone receiver makes when skin twists against it. Trying to buy me off with the possibility of a discount is one thing but lying through your teeth to try and scratch together the remnants of what was your reputation is utterly reprehensible. I will never buy from you again and I would strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Ordered some mirrors no
in April and told they would be available in July - I had no problem waiting
No contact since initial email. No response when I asked for a date in July
Have rang twice where I have been first in the queue each time, but hung up after 20 and 30 mins
On the phone as I’m writing this I’ve been first in line for 16 mins and it’s early morning!
I would not recommend this company service is dreadful!

Shocking!!!
Shocking! I order and received a faulty clock the small hand was bent and kept falling off I contacted knees sent photos as requested asked for a replacement or a refund they said they could not do this without speaking to their suppliers am still chasing they just keep saying they have not heard back from their suppliers, I’m going to have to take them to the small claims court, AVOID Like the plague

Trying to buy from Knees
Just called. Went through process online to order NEFF N30 T36FBE1LO Induction Hob. Current and popular product. System shows available to proceed with purchase. Reviews rang alarm bells so I called to check availability and collect and pay at their premises. Then told that they had no stock. I said I’d call Thursday as that’s when they’d have delivery. She said would only be ordered if I paid now. At best weak supply process and at worst the comments on Trustpilot May be true. You decide. I chose to walk away as I felt I unassured that it felt that I could trust this contract of sale.

Don’t sell items you don’t actually have
Purchased a hob with delivery expected within a week. A week passes. No shipping details are shared. No contact from Knees. I call and learn they have no stock. They may possibly get more in a further three weeks. Maybe. Hopefully. But you know, communicating that to customers isn’t important.

They advertise goods they do not have…
They advertise goods they do not have in stock and take the payment. Afterwards they send you an email that they will have the goods in stock in nearly two months but the website is still advertising the goods as if they are in stock.
I'm still waiting for my refund.

Poor service and delivery still outstanding
We ordered appliances for our kitchen almost a month ago - they have taken our money but we have not received any goods.The web site suggested these items were in stock but they are still waiting for some to come in from manufacturer The communication is awful . We would not recommend at all/ it is not worth saving a few pounds !

Integrated Fridge and Freezer
I recently purchased integrated fridge and freezer from Knees. I was duly advised of their dispatch and tracked items to the local depot. Unfortunately, the inefficiency of the local depot resulted in delayed delivery of the fridge. Throughout the delay, I communicated with Sam at Knees customer service department. He responded promptly to my various enquiries a believe that his prompt service deserves to be credited. Thank you Sam.
