Good prices and stock availability on a wide selection.

Pretty good selection of stuff... a bit too heavy on the low end "made in China" junk but overall no worse than most places. Disappointed that they dont accept American Express.

I have recently shopped at KMS for my husband - he is a regular customer at KMS - and I had the best shopping experience thanks to the friendly and helpful service from 3 different employees. I recommend KMS to all our friends.

Staff has good understanding of what you’re selling. Has frequent sales, and on go to tools. Has big selection of pro tools and accessories.

Kms Tool selection fantastic, store location is okay, show and shine ( Calgary) is an excellent promotional tool and really adds to the sense of community, belonging and forward momentum of excitement for more!.

What I dislike;

When a customer, potentially anyone, walks through your doors, an employee should never be too busy to see what that customer may need. Don't care if you are stocking shelves or pushing a
broom ...those are the best opportunities to know your customer.

As an employee, you represent the company you work for. I don't care if it's your first day, if your having a bad day ( personal or other), then stay home.

As a customer, I don't want to deal with your STUFF. I go to KMS for a great time and I have a passion to understand what tool will work for my business. That means that you, the employee had better know what you sell and how to conduct yourself with people.

Service and staff knowledge has always been excellent.

Always have what I need in stock at very competitive prices. Grat place to browse tools!

On line purchase worked, well and pick- up was seamless.

KMS tools has a great selection of tools along with knowledgeable staff. The location is fairly easy to get to and there is more than adequate parking available.

Had what I needed for reasonable price.
Store is packed with stuff, sometimes hard to find things without help.

I have been very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The help I get looking for something in the store. And the online purchases experience.

Cashier staff are consistently rude and aggressive.

KMS has always been my go to for unique or specialty items. The people are always helpful and knowledgeable. Great place.
