Pleased with purchases, have bought as a present, so have not been tried on yet. However look very smart and trousers look to be a good stretchy fabric. Jumper has lovely colours running through it.

Difficulty interning goods that weren’t suitable.
Local post office didn’t have printing facilities so had to pay to a private printing which was a hassle and if unable to drive wouldn’t be able to return items. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from this company again

Could have been smoother with my gift card!
My friend had given me a gift card for my birthday so I tried to use it on line. A simple box at checkout to put in your card details would have helped, but no, I had to ring up (speaking to Hayley), listen to the process to use it on line, then decided it was all ridiculous and placed my order with Hayley. Really puts one off about giving a gift card!
