Faulty item should not have passed quality control but staff very helpful
I ordered two knitwear items online, they arrived very quickly but one of them had three long loops of wool hanging down the middle of the front. No problem returning it, even though the website has technical issues the lady on the telephone was extremely helpful, but I’ve taken a star off because the jumper should never have passed quality control.
