Jumper is ok and I'm keeping due to high cost of return but it looks like it's been worn already very loose at cuffs and hem. Not happy with it but to return and added to the delivery woukd cost another £6. Won't be using this site again

WARNING, KLASS. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO REFUND YOUR MONEY.
I ordered 2 dresses online, often I find the sizing is different and I ordered 2 for fit, the dress did not suit me , so I returned them both, they said that they will refund to original payment method which was by bank card, however they have given me a voucher for £57 (the cost of the 2 dresses) that must be redeemed to them within 2 years or I lose my refund! i have explained that I want my money refunded to my bank card as promised numerous times now, i have given proof that that was how I paid, and proof that was what they promised me, but they absolutely refuse to refund my money to my card. I am very upset by this, I cannot afford to not have my money refunded. I hope this warning will save others from KLASS stealing their money.

That's a gorgeous dress. Ordering was easy. The price was fair. The dress is absolutely beautiful with intricate embroidery and other embellishments. Unfortunately, it was too big for me. Shame it's not available in size 8.

The shirt I purchased was not available in size at Burleydam Garden Centre. The helpful assistant checked online and found correct size available - giving me the code details I needed I was able to order direct. On ordering I was dealt with by a nice, helpful lady. I ordered last Friday which was delivered first thing the following Monday. Very efficient and helpful staff. Thank you
