This is by far the worst company I've ever ordered from. I ordered a light up tree, a seashell glass, and a some Japanese boat to burn incense. To start this shipment took 3.5 weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived the tree didn't light up and the glass was cracked. Total scam!! When I reached out to support (Madison) she was nice at the start but I literally never heard from here again. She also mentioned the shipment on her end showed the delivery only took 7 days which wasn't the case. They claim they are a small business from Canada but they are shipping Chinese garbage. Hope they go out of business in the near future. I'm not mad about it anymore since I went through American Express to get my money back. Stay far away from this junky company

We’d also like to clarify that while shipping timelines can vary depending on destination and customs processing, we always rely on courier scan data when referencing transit times, which can sometimes differ from door-to-door delivery experiences during peak periods.
As a small, independently owned Canadian business, we take product quality and customer experience seriously and do not take feedback like this lightly. While we regret that this situation caused frustration early on, we were pleased to resolve it directly with you.

We are a Canadian-based, independently owned business. In light of recent and ongoing tariff changes between Canada and the USA, we’ve been testing shipping directly from some of our manufacturing partners around the world. We’ve made a deliberate decision to absorb these additional costs as a business so that customers are never surprised with customs or tariff charges upon delivery. To continue operating sustainably in the current climate, we’ve had to adapt while keeping customer costs transparent and predictable.
We’re also very sorry that the two solar items you ordered arrived damaged during courier transit. You were provided with a full refund, as we stand behind our products and take issues like this seriously.
We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the feedback as we continue refining our logistics and quality control processes.

Product arrived as expected. Didn't have any issues with the process. Happy with purchase overall. The shop has some pretty cool ideas for people who don't have much decorating know how. Overall happy.

Product
Product, a brass frog, is fine, if a lot smaller than I expected (totally my fault - should have checked the specs) so I decided to return it BUT, having bought the product in the U.K. in Pounds Sterling, found that the return address is in Canada with no UK return option which wasn’t made clear in the marketing blurb. Anyway the cost of postage to Canada was too expensive so I donated the product to a worthy cause. Definitely a case of ‘buyer beware’!

Amazing company
Amazing company! I accidentally cut the wire of my solar lamp with a lawnmower and customer service got back to me so fast to help me get a replacement cable! The person helping me was so kind and responsive and extremely helpful! I wish all companies are like Kiyo!

The bowls are better even in person
The bowls are better in person. They are so beautiful. I ordered the 3 set and the middle one came cracked in half. The postal service must have thrown it around because they were very well packaged with bubble wrap in between and extra packaging in each bowl. When I sent the picture of the broken bowl there was no hesitancy in sending a replacement. I will definitely shop with Kiyo Home again

Don’t buy anything from Kiyo home. Their product is horrible. Their policy is trapped. If you have any issue with the product, they don’t refund your money.They like to keep customer money. Rude customer service. Shipping process took too long. Don’t waste your time to buy anything from a junk store.
