Purchased for New SDR team, save your money and time and look somewhere else.
So i purchased this tool because we stood up a new SDR team and needed a platform that was able to handle local numbers so our SDR's had better connect rates. We got sold on the fact that they would manage the numbers and provide us with Fresh numbers on a monthly basis that where local to the area where we dialed and that it would be automatic and when a rep called a certain area code, kixie would match that local area code with a number that didn't show up as spam. NOT AT ALL THE CASE. We paid for all our reps for a full year, then ended up with every number we dialed showing up as spam. we ended up buying our own numbers, which also showed up as spam on day 1. we then worked with their team and got some of the numbers corrected for a very short amount of time. end of the day, we had to move to a new platform as it was a full time job managing what we had already paid them to manage for the year. customer service is worse then terrible, and we have no chat or phone support, only email and your lucky to get a response within a reasonable timeframe. save your money and sanity and just keep looking for other solutions.

The platform itself is actually okay. The problem is there's absolutely zero, and I mean zero, customer support. Everything is done automatically. And the most frustrating thing is that there's no way to cancel inside the website.
It says you can submit a request, but that your account won't be canceled until you complete an off-boarding survey. And then the survey never comes, and they CC your account manager, who absolutely has zero contact with you. I've had a free trial for a week, and I've gotten 10 auto emails from my account manager asking if I need something.
And when I reply that I do, there's never a response. When I try to cancel, there's never a response. It's super frustrating, and it seems a bit scammy, to be honest.

No support line, they keep you hostage when you try and cancel. Terrible service.

Horrible platform. Stay away from this company. They will try lock you into a contract, they even keep charging you after the fact. Dishonest and unprofessional. Not worth it.

Customer service is just OK and that is when you can get it. Never really got off the dime with these guys and then when we asked for our money back (within the first two weeks, prepaid a year). They basically said, sorry, you're in for the year. I did have to go to war with them and under the threat of taking the matter to the authorities, they granted a refund. Not fun, not professional.

What really stood out though was the support. Lucas and Maggie were both amazing throughout the whole process. They helped us get everything set up, answered every question we had, and made sure everything was running smoothly.
If you’re building or scaling a call center, Kixie is definitely worth it. Great system and even better support.

Kixie is absolute trash
Kixie is absolute trash. Our company has been with them for years. The dialer works half the time, and sometimes you can hear the client, sometimes you cant. You have to reset the sound after every call or you'll have dead air. Need to close up shop.
Technical Issues. No customer support. Bad communication. Didn't show up for our scheduled call.
Tiffany set me up with a free demo but we can only log into the web browser and not the google chrome plugin. Tiffany takes up to 6 days to reply and just says to clear cookies which we already tried. I tried contacting their customer support and they immediately canceled my support request and said to talk to Tiffany. So I booked another call with someone else on the team and I sat on zoom waiting for Alex to show up and he never showed up and then just sent an email saying Tiffany is the only one who can help me, yet she can't help me. So frustrating and annoying and a waste of time. I'm very disappointed in the company as far as their delay in communication, technical issues, and lack of customer care and service. I mean I'm eager to use the service and then they just don't show up on the call? What kind of company does that.
Dialer works ok, but EXTREMELY scummy business practices
I signed up for a free trial to call leads for my real estate business. The dialer itself worked okay with a few glitches here and there, and the overall UX feels clunky and not very professional. Still, I figured it would be fine for the price.
A salesperson reached out to me by text, and I told him I’d be willing to pay $95 per month. He then emailed me a quote that was extremely misleading. It listed $95 multiple times and even showed $95 under "TOTAL." At first glance, it looked like a simple monthly subscription. But after reading more closely, I realized the subscription was billed annually for a real total of $912.
Because of that, I decided not to confirm the purchase and asked if I could pay monthly instead. THEN THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY. Their system has you enter your card first and only shows you the final price afterward, which is a really shady way of doing business.
When I reached out to the salesperson asking why I was charged, he didn’t address it at all. Instead, he immediately tried to sell me the same product for 40% off. He had been replying within minutes before, but the second I declined and asked for a refund, he completely ghosted me.
Thankfully, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and didn’t end up paying.
DONT work with this company. Based on other reviews, the software glitches a lot, and they apparently pay people $50 to leave good reviews. If you absolutely have to use this software, at least negotiate the price since they seem willing to accept basically anything.
Kixie is great
Kixie has completely transformed the way our team handles outreach. The setup was incredibly smooth, the interface is intuitive, and the call quality is consistently excellent. Features like automated dialing, voicemail drop, and real-time insights have drastically boosted our productivity and made our workflow faster and more efficient. Kixie is a Requirement
I started using Kixie approximately 2 years ago for my outbound insurance sales job. I am utterly dependent on it now, my business would be far less efficient without it. It has automated easy to use text templates and voicemail drop recordings. And the ability to nurture text message clients in the click of a button. Intrgration with my CRM Hubspot is a must-have too with call recordings.
