What a wonderful shopping experience! I ordered some absolutely fabulous toys for my grandchildren today. The entire ordering process was so smooth, simple, and completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

Easy website
Cant wait for our goggles to arrive
Great price

Communication has been fantastic, clear and kind. Fast Shipping too!

Do not buy from this website!!! It's a drop shipping platform operating out of China. Products are cheap, temu -like quality, and this is not a nz family owned business as claimed. If you want to return or cancel they will make you pay the full shipping back to china or offer a 30 or 50% discount to keep the item. They also have hundreds of positive reviews for each product in their website which has only been live for a few months. Seems like a lot of the reviews on trust pilot are fake also.

Easy, quick and great communication

This company is registered in Hong Kong, it is not a NZ run family business as it markets itself. Our story also reads like AI and doesnt feel NZish. So many reviews talking about how easy a website is to navigate and to pay on but very little about actual products seems concerning to me, id be very wary

Very easy shopping experience and great range of items

Easy to use website, accurate descriptions, great prices!

Easy to navigate their website and great toys for kids

So nice to buy from a NZ site knowing rubbish wont be sent!
Delivery was very quick and I have just placed another order.
Thank so much
Sue

I've just ordered the products, so my feedback is regarding ease of site use, payment process and communication.
Your site is easy to navigate, product descriptions are clear. The payment process was not complicated, easy to follow and quick. Great communication, no delay between completing my order and email confirmation. Thank you !!

quick and easy access to checkout and payment

The ordering process is very easy. I love the products. Good quality and a great variety.

Quick n so very easy. Love the tracking of package also.

DO NOT BUY FROM KIWITOTS. Their website states they are a "family-run New Zealand online store" when in fact they are based in Hong Kong and simpy drop-ship products from China. Product did turn up but it was faulty and they said we could only get a refund if we paid for the shipping back to China! Or we could get a 30% refund and keep the product.

UPDATE - They did finally give us a full refund once we mentioned that their website states "replacement or refund."

Really easy to use website and a beautiful product. Can't wait to receive it!

Easy to use website, quick processing
