Kitty Angels are absolutely brilliant! We contracted them to look after our Darwin for a week, having never left him on his own before. They came for a pre-trip visit to meet him, then a couple of times each day whilst we were away. Each time they send a detailed message of how Darwin was doing, along with pictures & videos, and spent time playing & cuddling with him. Their attention & dedication did wonders to reduce our anxiety and kept Darwin happy while we were gone. We recommend these fine folks without hesitation & will definitely be using their services again.

This is the 2nd time I have used kitty angels we had Ali looking after my 2 cats molly & ginger Ali is really good with the molly and ginger & keeps our home clean and tidy.

This is Peppermint's second time being cared for by Antoinette and it went very well again. Peppermint is very nervous but she enjoys seeing Antoinette who is so gentle with her. This was also Pumpkin's first time and whilst he found it strange he warmed up to Antoinette. It's such a comfort knowing they were being cared for by a responsible, experienced sitter!

I have used Kitty Angels a couple of times now and each time I have been impressed. I can go on holiday without worrying about the cats at home & knowing they are in good hands.

I look forwards to receiving updates every visit & can see that they are happy and content in their own environment.

Kitty Angels also go above and beyond by doing things like, putting out your bin, drawing the curtains and leaving milk and bread in the fridge for you. We even got biscuits & cat treats for the girls this time!

I wouldn’t choose any other company than kitty angels to look after my girls.

I am a true believer in kitty Angels if your thinking of going away and want your cats left on their own territory this service is outstanding and more importantly they care.

I have used kitty Angels for many years now and my cats are so cared for and I don't have to worry as they are in good hands and when return it's though I have never been away.

I was away last week and Melissa attended it's was very hot here and she made fresh bowls food and water every day and some lovely photos and videos to show they were all fine.

And to be honest this is the usual high standard time at every visit .

We have used the services of Kitty Angels twice and have been thoroughly satisfied on both occasions.
Ali is exemplary. She quickly got to grips with the individual personalities of all 4 of our furbabies and catered to their personal needs. Even the neurotic Peanut immediately warmed to her!
We received loads of pics and updates every day and came home to relaxed and happy cats.
Ali has a genuine love for cats and was a delight to deal with. Exemplary.
We would 100 percent recommend Kitty Angels.

We had excellent service from Kitty Angels Stourbridge at very short notice. Laura came to feed and play with our cats providing photos with each visit on WhatsApp. We have one very shy cat that she couldn’t coax out but I was not at all surprised about that. She was fine when we got home and well fed.
I will definitely be using their services again and am very happy to recommend them.

Using Kitty Angels means I can have a stress free holiday because I know my cat will receive the best of care. I would recommend them to anyone who hates taking their furry friend to a Cattery. Fantastic service from booking to returning home

We used them for several years to take care of our kitty while away. They were wonderful to coordinate with, and always kept us well up to date with her day to day while we were away. The videos and photos they would send would always make our day. Each care taker over the years was great with our cat and easy to talk to, and would even help with checking for packages and things if needed. Highly recommend this service.

Used Kitty Angels for the first time and had an amazing experience! The care and kindness shown to our two young kitties has been fantastic. The communication with us has given us huge confidence in the service and added to us having a relaxing weekend break without worry. We're in our tenth year of using Kitty Angels, and have always had excellent service from them. It's so much better for the cats to be cared for in familiar surroundings. We love the messages from each visit, letting us know how the cats are and what they're up to, as well as the photos showing them having fusses, eating, enjoying the catio, etc.

I've used Kitty Angels a few times now and they provide a great service. Amazing communication and updates when they visit and take care of our cat. We have a very shy cat, but the angels do such a good job that she is quite comfortable interacting with them.

Used Kitty Angels for years without a problem but most recently I returned from holiday with three cat trays that were so dirty, my cats decided to poo on my carpet instead. Now I understand that cats can sometimes go to the toilet somewhere other than the tray, but my argument is that if they’d been cleared properly the cats would’ve used them. It had been less than 24 hours since the last visit so there’s no way 2 cats can drench 3 trays in that time. When I approached Kitty Angels about it, they said they had done their job properly, but there’s no way they could have. I’ve had cats all of my life and understand their behaviours and my parents are also cat sitters in a different location and completely agreed that there’s no way the trays were scooped properly. Another sign is that I left one and a half bags of clean cat litter and the half bag was hardly touched in 3 days of visits. I expected the new bag to have been opened if the trays were being cleared properly. The reason for my bad review is just the lack of accountability or apology. I understand mistakes can happen, maybe the person visiting is new or isn’t familiar with the how the wood pellet litter clumps but to just be told I am wrong is completely unacceptable so I won’t be using their services again.

Kitty Angels looked after my elderly cat while I was away. She is on medication and I had her from a cat sanctuary, so she did not have a good start in life, and she does not take to strangers easily. Laura looked after her for me and she was superb. She quickly built up a rapport with my cat, which both surprised and pleased me. I received regular update reports and short videos - both of which put my mind at rest and were good to see.
I would have no hesitation in using them again. They provided a comprehensive and excellent service. I could not recommend them more highly.

First time we have been able to go away together since one of our cats, Daryl, was diagnosed with diabetes. It was our daughter that found Kitty Angels. What a revelation it has been. Wonderful Gemma kept in touch every step of the way. She won the cats over with her dedication and care. I can recommend wholeheartedly.

Liz is extremely professional and reassuring. During our first meeting, she came with a carefully planned list of questions about my cats, which instantly showed how thorough and prepared she was. It was very reassuring, and she also took the time to answer all of my questions. Every visit comes with plenty of photos and a detailed report, which I really appreciate.

One of the best parts about Kitty Angels is the consistency; you get the same person (or someone from the same small team), so they really get to know your pets and their routines.

The kitty angels are the purrfect name as this company goes above and beyond putting your cats needs first and putting you at ease to leave your fur babies in their care! They are prompt with their responses and updates with pictures so you can see how they’re getting on. They’re professional and respect your home and space. Amelia, our latest sitter even helped us check out a possible leak we had in our flat and kept us updated. They go above and beyond what you ever imagined of a service like this as we are pretty new to the whole thing. We have now used this company three times, twice for two week periods and I can honestly say it’s the best thing for your pets. So much more chilled out in their own home, the kitty angels respect that each cat is their own individual and adapt to their needs when approaching them. I would definitely recommend :)
