Sadly it took quite long until I received my order because of an issue with the delivery partner. But let’s get to the good part of the story: The customer service was lovely, Juliet did everything to solve the problem in a very customer friendly way! This made my experience with Kittenfy almost purr-fect and I‘m very happy with my personalised mugs, they are so cute. 😻

Very low quality mug and extremely slow shipping despite paying extra for "express" shipping. I recommend buying your custom mug from Etsy instead. Also their policy is no returns for quality concerns, gosh I wonder why???

Provide delivery projections that are far from reality. I paid extra for "express" delivery, and it is arriving 2 weeks after I ordered and almost 10 days after it was expected. For a dinky mug, that is unacceptable.

Anyone can make a mistake, it's how you deal with it that separates the excellent from the average. A very quick and bespoking process for both a sleep shirt and a mug and timely delivery, despite it being just a fortnight before Christmas. Unfortunately, a small spot of orange colour from one of the cats had bled onto the shirt sleeve; it wasn't a big deal really, but it just spoiled an otherwise lovely gift, making it look like a second. I emailed customer service and copy and pasted that onto their online contact form. I received a really lovely and contrite reply inside 36 hours that informed me the shirt had already been reprinted and they would do their level best to get it delivered in time for Christmas. It arrived just 3 days later and well in time. Brilliant (and amusing) comms and a first class recovery of a slightly tricky situation. Well done Team Kittenfy - I'm very happy to recommend your products as well as your customer service.

I had an exceptional experience with this company.

To begin, the product is adorable. That almost goes without saying. I have four cats (a totally normal number if you ask me) and obviously each *needed* their own ornaments this year. Each ornament was both personalized by name and by likeness— something I found really hard to find elsewhere. They’re adorable, quality, and free from errors.

But honestly that isn’t even what compelled me to write this review. I had tons of packages coming to my house this holiday season and in the shuffle, I wasn’t sure if I had received (or even completed my order) in the first place. So in my frantic rush to feline festiveness, I write a haphazard email. With no order number and the wrong email address, their customer support team STILL tracked down my order and got back to me promptly. It can be so sketchy buying things online these days and having a pleasant outcome absolutely tickled me.

So if you’re in the market for purrrfect gifts- you’ve found the right spot!

Best experience ordering online I have had in awhile. Not only the product was great but the customer service was excellent. They handled an issue I had with shipping promptly and caring. Don’t see this much often anymore. Will continue to order, great gifts!

First mug arrived with the wrong colours. I got no answers on Email or Facebook. But they responded after a poor review here, friendly and ready to fix the mistake. They sent mug again with the right colours. Very happy with it!

Ordered a personalised mug for my boyfriend for his birthday with our cats. Paid £24 which for a mug is expensive and afterwards found much cheaper on the likes of Etsy. Delivery time wasn’t an issue it’s just when it arrived I could hear it was smashed before even opening it. Once opened I saw the mug shattered as they’d put not bubble wrap or paper in and just chucked it in the cardboard box. Contacted them on email, no reply, used the online complaint box, no reply, contacted them on instagram, replied asked to send a photo of the design on the mug, sent and no reply now after two weeks. My boyfriends birthday has passed now so I just want a refund so I’ve not completely lost £25. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company

I live in Belgium and ordered two personalised t-shirts on 2nd of May.
As I needed to receive them by 16th, I paid 3.99 for the express delivery (3-7days) to play it safe.

However the items did not arrive after 7 days.
Or even after 14days.
I have informed Customer service and their answer was that something was not correct with the address which was not true at all.
And no compensation for the 3.99 I have paid for nothing.

I needed the t-shirts to take with me to my sister in law and my niece who live in another country. It didn’t arrive so I had to prep another gift in the last minute. They are just laying in my house at the moment.

It’s sad that they don’t take things like this seriously.

Quality of the y-shirts and the print etc. are ok.

Received my order today and I am in love with the mug!!! Can't wait to give it to my daughter as a Valentine’s gift.

Ordered a mug for Christmas. 2 times the shipping went wrong. But the customer service was amazing! They asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted it to be shipped again. The second time I suggested shipping through another company since that was where the problem was. Third time's a charm! It got delivered and it's such a cute coffee mug. The quality is good. I can definitely recommend this, as long as they are with a different courier!

Ordered t-shirt , personalised design is very cute and just as I’d hoped. The quality of material and manufacturing is good, and sizing of a large seems perfect for the female recipient who is a uk size 10 but wanted something loose and baggy for night wear.
Delivery was oh so slow, however communication via email answered by the next day and were polite and pleasant . . They looked into the issue , contacted carriers , acknowledged the item was lost in the postal system , and immediately sent out a replacement item . So all in all pretty good. Would love it if there was option of mixed pet type t-shirts .

Ordered 2 mugs for Christmas.
Arrived promptly and they were excellent quality and the recipients were delighted. The level of personalisation makes them a lovely quirky gift.
I would recommend for quality and service.

Ordered a cup which never arrived. They also don‘t answer the custom service.
ITS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!!

Do not buy from this company! I spent over $50 only to receive 2 t-shirts that are made of poor quality material. I would be embarrassed to give these to my daughters. Also these shirts are MENS sizes! I ordered a large and it is enormous! Of course they don’t have a customer service number so I emailed and they basically said no refunds. I can’t understand who these people are giving five star reviews.

Overpriced, cheap quality, bad customer service. You can get the same thing on Etsy for 1/3 the price with better service. The T-shirt arrived stained, poorly printed and on paper-thin fabric. Sent photos of all three of these problems to customer service requesting refund, and they keep asking for more photos instead. Classic stall technique, exhaust the customer til they give up. There are lots of better places; Go elsewhere is my advice.

I live in Belgium and ordered a mug from here. The mug itself was as expected and great but turns out the item was shipped from the UK which was not at all clear on the website nor was it mentioned when I entered the delivery address. I had to pay almost 50% more as custom fees. On top of this, they kept sending emails to leave a review and when I mentioned this issue and wrote a 3 star review, they didn’t even publish it. It’s not very surprising then that all they have are 5 star reviews on their website. Find this very dishonest and bad service
