As we worked to finalise the design and specification of our replacement kitchen we were guided through the decisions and their implications with patience and good humour. We were delighted with the final design.
The installation was managed by a dedicated project manager who was superb; he was as focused on the quality of the work as on orchestrating the various trades; and was attentive and responsive at all times.

The team from Kitchens International at Dundas Street in Edinburgh have completed a fabulous job for us updgrading the kitchen in the new-build flat we’ve just moved into. They really do work as a team from the design stage right through to the finishing touches. The work is meticulous, with clear communication of when everything will be done and sticking to that timetable. All the staff we dealt with are friendly, professional, skilled, detail-oriented and focused on doing a great job. We are delighted with the result and recommend Kitchens International highly. We worked with Stuart to design our new kitchen after deciding to move it to the front room of our flat to create an open-plan living space. Stuart was incredibly patient throughout the process, it took us several months to settle on the right layout, but it was absolutely worth it. We couldn’t be happier with the result. The design has completely transformed our flat.

The installation was handled professionally and completed on schedule, with only a minor delay of a few days for the worktop. The KI team worked seamlessly with our builder, and everything was coordinated brilliantly.

As first-time renovators, we were quite anxious before starting the project, but looking back, the whole process was far smoother than we expected. We only wish we’d done it sooner.

We also received quotes from several other companies, but none came close to matching KI’s design, attention to detail, or professionalism. Stuart was always mindful of our budget, communicated everything clearly from the outset, and delivered exactly what was promised. We would wholeheartedly recommend KI to anyone looking for a beautiful kitchen and a stress-free experience.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The kitchen and utility room were installed 14 years ago to a high standard and is still looking good.
The aftercare has been excellent. We recently needed our utility sink to replaced and Kitchen International are always been happy to help. Friendly, reliable, and great customer service—I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish, we found everyone we dealt with at the KI to be friendly, helpful, and professional.
Stuart, our designer, was very patient as we changed our minds several times on the design and colour choices. He was also very knowledgeable on the products we ended up choosing. He took the time to listen to our thoughts and ideas resulting in a fabulous layout that we love.
During the fitting process, Gordon, the project manager ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. His attention to detail was second to none, and importantly, the communication from both Gordon and Stuart throughout the whole process was excellent.
All the tradesmen that worked on our project, from fitter, electrician, plumber, plasterer and flooring were attentive to detail and were all very friendly and efficient.
We would highly recommend KI for a seamless kitchen renovation.

They provide a bespoke, top quality service from the initial consultation to the final handover of the finished project be it a new kitchen or simply a maintenance or update tweak. The importance they attach to listening makes them stand out.

I don’t write many reviews but I think this guy deserves a mention. Mark installed extra kitchen cupboards, worktops and an integrated dishwasher on Friday. He did a first class job. I’m thrilled with his workmanship and I’m thrilled with my kitchen. He worked non stop from start to finish and even swept up before he left…..true gentleman.

Having considered (and visited) other kitchen companies, we were recommended by friends to visit Kitchens International. The design process became enjoyable with Victoria, as she worked with us using her knowledge and passion about design to create our bespoke kitchen.
The quality of the German-made units was exceptional. It was fitted by John and Liam, who are meticulous craftsmen, and it was planned by Gordon to a fixed timetable, with all running smoothly.
As the price was also competitive, we thoroughly recommend.

My Kitchens International experience was exceptional from first meeting to finished kitchen. We felt listened to, not sold to and it felt like we were on a journey together. To see our ideas be guided by Carol's experience and then the drawings become reality with the attention to detail by the installation team was just amazing. We love it and our guests are blown away. When we first went into KI showroom which was then in Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird. We saw a kitchen in their showroom which we thought would look great in our new flat in Edinburgh. We asked for someone to come and visit us and within a week Stuart Ross arrived at the flat to discuss our project. From the very start we thought Stuart was very knowledgeable and professional on what he was talking about and gave us some sound advice. Weeks later the plans and drawings were ready to see. We liked what we saw and singed the contract. From day one we have been very impressed…whilst on holiday the installation team from KI arrived to start work on removing existing kitchen/floor/appliances
( 2 flights up) plus, they took everything away with them from the old kitchen ( even better) they then started to do all of the prep for the new kitchen and floor work, 3 weeks later on arrival back home the new kitchen and floor were fitted with all appliances in! The result was incredible and we love it very much.

Designer Stuart Ross’s creativity and problem solving skills resulted in an imaginative plan for a non-standard shaped space. He listened to our ideas and worked closely with the architect, who was overseeing our building project, which has resulted in a fabulous new room.
KI’s fitters under the direction of Gordon Miller were professional throughout. For Gordon a problem is only an issue for which a solution can be found. His attention to detail and the quality of workmanship of all the KI team were second to none.
We would highly recommend.

KI including the new CEO intervened and personally visited my home to inspect the work, discuss the issues and how they’ll prevent reoccurrences in the future. I’m convinced that under the new leadership KI will now go from strength to strength.

Terrible experience, failed to meet design, poor fit, 6mths delay, errors in drawings exasperated my tradespeople and created costly rework. Promised cashback on siemens appliances but deal expired before completion. Avoid at all cost, happy to share pics and correspondence with anyone who asks! So disappointing all round.

Our bathroom designer Nicola was excellent throughout and along with the expert fitters we have ended up with a new bathroom that was even better than we hoped. A great all round service that I highly recommend.
