It is always a pleasure to buy from this shop whatever one buys. The staff in the shop are always welcoming and efficient . The guys delivering the machine so polite, cheerful and competent. The prices are competitive. Altogether 10/10 .

I rang Kitchenology late afternoon on Thursday as my tumble dryer had broken down. They were extremely helpful, I paid and the new machine was delivered the next day at a time of my choice.
The delivery drivers were polite, helpful and efficient.
Overall I am extremely pleased and impressed with the service and I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Kitchenology we're very polite and helpful, they sorted out the order of our Bosch washing machine very quickly and made arrangements for the delivery. They delivered within 1 week, and the delivery people were very polite and helpful.

I would highly recommend Kitchenology; their staff have been amazing. James, Jake (Fitters) and Mike (in the shop) have been amazing. We moved in and needed to get white goods. Mike in the shop was really helpful, listened to our needs and helped us select a Fridge/freezer and Washer/Dyer that matched what we needed. James and Jake came to deliver and fit the washing machine. The fitting was more complex than I thought, but they explained what was needed and got on a fitted it to. I couldn't be happier with the experience Kitchenology provided and will be using them again in the future.

Delivered when they said they would. Friendly efficient team who removed the old gas cooker and installed the electric hob and ovens quickly . No mess.

Excellent experience from order to installation. I ordered a new washing machine in the Penarth shop on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered and installed within 48 hours. Fuss free and a highly professional service.
