Electric breast pump 1508 Pro
I was very excited to try out The double Electric breast pump 1508pro but when I receive my package and was able to breast-feed, finally, I noticed that the pumps did not have any suction and were not working properly. Hopefully, I get the help I need with the warranty I paid for. I’m still working with them, but I feel like it’s never going to be resolved.

The Kissbobo 1508pro is such a great pump to use for mums who are on the go!
The durability and reliability for a wearable pump that is also very affordable is amazing.
Although I’ve experienced some defects with one of the motors, it was something I could work through with the team and they communicated with me really well and were so very helpful! I’m exciting to receive the new one in order to use both pumps together because it truly is one of my favourite pumps to use.
I would definitely recommend this pump to others!

The kissbobo 1508pro is by far my favorite pump. I have 5 pumps and this one always ends up giving me the best output. It increased my milk supply 1-2oz on each side every pump. The customer service was quick in resolving an issue I had.

Love it
The pump works well for me and I find the suction strong. I saw some reviews saying the suction isn't good but I think it's a matter of how the parts are assembled. It's simple, in three parts, but you really need to make sure the flange is on correctly or the suction is off. It took me a few times to get the hang of lining it up perfectly but since that everything has been working perfectly. It's comparable to my momcozy M5 but I find it more discrete and more comfortable while multitasking since the cups aren't so round and jut out so much like the M5. I have been using it for a few weeks now. One of my duckbills was damaged and customer service promptly emailed me back and let me know they would send replacements. Overall a great experience so far!

I bought a breast pump on may 21st, it’s June 6th and I still haven’t received it yet. I think it’s a lot of time wait in for something that a mama needs.
I read a lot of good things about it, but the wait is too long.

The pump- Amazing, the support team- not so much.
The pump works amazing, all of the parts were there and it came in a really cute little box with instructions on how to mimic how a baby would eat. However, I tried to sign up for my warranty, but it would not take my order number. I used all of the lengthy numbers that came in the two emails you get sent, but it still was not recognizing them. I emailed the support team over two weeks ago and still have yet to get a response which is frustrating. With all of that said, I would definitely purchase again.

My breast pump stopped working
My breast pump stopped working after a few times, I replaced the valve even though it didn't look damaged and it still did not work. Really gutted about this because I was so happy with it at first as previously just used manual pump.I emailed them for support or maybe a replacement but had no reply which is also annoying.

Disappointed
I was so excited for these pumps but so far they have been so disappointing 🥲 they are extremely loud, the buttons have to be pushed 3-4 times to respond, and my out put from them is drastically smaller than any other pump I’ve used. I am going to give them a couple more tries but if not I will try to return them. For the price I want them to work well

I’ve used KISSBOBO before and I personally loved the 1508 pumps!! I got the 1508 pro because one of my old pumps started losing suction power. So I’m excited to use it!!!

Good customer service
I haven't used the product yet, but I will comment on their cusservice. I received my pump a few days ago, however I was sent the wrong flange size that I had purchased separately. I emailed them my concern and within a day I received a response and will be sending me the correct flange size with no issues.
I will update once they arrive and I can use the pumps.

Don’t take the risk with this product you don’t get your money back
They take for ever to communicate. These pumps are no good for some one with big boobs either :/ doesn’t suit my nipples I’ve tried all the different modes and flange sizes a few times. They have a part on their web site that says 30 day money back but if you actually use the product… yah nah you ain’t getting it back.
