This our third John Hall adventure (Alaska, Hawaii and Ireland). They are extremely organized, detailed and accommodating. Everything is handled for you, right down to the timely "comfort stops!" Each day is interesting, educational, breathtakingly beautiful, exciting and fun (so many laughs). They excel at quality, worry-free vacation adventures.

John Hall's Alaska takes great pride and care in their tours. They strive to give customers a top-notch experience, and achieve this by paying attention to details, and caring about each person.

Quality of accommodations was superb. Guide and driver were knowledgeable and professional and personable. Meals were great. ( issues were staffing issues at the venues, not under control of John Hall ). Scheduling, baggage handling and coordination were excellent. The level of service is extremely consistent from one John Hall trip to another.

Everything was handled so smoothly that all of my attention was on the scenery, people on the trip with me and relaxing. This was a memorable adventure. I will be looking forward to going on another trip with John Hall

Knowledge on the history of Alaska

John Hall's Grand Slam Alaska Tour is first class in every aspect. Excellent and clean accommodations, outstanding meals, knowledgeable and enjoyable guides/coach driver. Presented some of the most beautiful scenery in Alaska. Itinerary and timetable were followed. Customer service was always friendly and helpful before, during and after the trip.

Tour guides were very polite and knowledgeable about Alaska. Bus was very comfortable. Saw Alaska from the inside. Dining was excellent. Overall wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation! Everything was great- excellent , knowledgeable tour guides that were organized, entertaining and just fun to be with. Hotels and meals were amazing- no complaints. Itinerary for the Grand Slam tour was perfect. I would highly recommend John Hall tours to anyone!

The John Hall's Grand Slam Alaska tour was a unique experience where all our needs were met: gorgeous scenery and wildlife, staff that catered to our needs, scrumptious meals plentiful enough to satisfy my husband's hearty appetite, and a balance between seeing so much yet having time to soak it all in.

The Grand Slam Alaska tour was flawless. Our tour guide Jeremy couldn’t have been any better. His knowledge of all things Alaska added to the beauty! All accommodations were excellent. Loved the variety from first class hotels to cabins on the hillside in Palmer. The restaurants some of which were off the beaten path were super! Everything was organized and well planned. The size of the group was perfect! Thank you!

We were able to experience much more than if we went on our own. The tour was well organized and our tour guides were Alaskan natives and were able to relate the behind the scenes of how people live in Alaska on a personal level.

Great, experiences on our Untamed Alaska Tour with John Hall's Kiss Alaska. John Hall's staff took care of every detail along the way on our 11-day trip. Our Guide, Gwen, was absolutely the best -- her knowledge of Alaska was tremendous. Our Cordova fishing excursion was amazing! We caught plenty of salmon, halibut, rock fish, and cod. Highlights also included our journey in Valdez on Prince William Sound on the Lu-Lu Belle. Captain Fred got us so close to the glacier and stopped numerous times along the way to get up close to the wildlife. Vern Halter's Dream a Dream Dog Sled Kennel visit was such an amazing opportunity to learn first-hand the intricacies of sled dog racing and listen to experiences of seasoned racers including Vern Halter and Cindy Abbott who have both run the Iditarod and relayed details of their experiences. We had too many other great experiences on this tour to list them all, but I highly recommend this trip!
