This company are just ignoring all my requests for information on my refund. They received my order back on 21st January but still refuse to help. Don’t be conned by there advertising. They are not trustworthy in any way shape or form. Be warned

Brilliant and love the feeling between my toes

Only used once and haven't got used to the excess material around some toes yet. I will persevere.

Wore them at the weekend for a 50k event, and loved them !

First I do love my socks. They are wonderful and I found them very comfortable. I found the delivery confusing and a little lengthy. But I put this down to the external companies used. Hope to purchase more in the future.

My son is an avid hiker, trekker and summits peaks. I purchased the socks for him as a gift. He is in the process of trying them to see if they work for him. He was anti-toe socks but I bought them for him to try. Jury is still out.

Quite slow delivery times. The socks themselves are comfortable

Ordered 15th January. Say 3 to 5 working days. No way to track on website. Used the Shop App and that gives some kind of Chinese tracking number that doesn't work. There's an order number on that but Jenny can't trace it. Someone else says I can't cancel cos allegedly it's on a slowboat from China. Shocking service. Feels like a scam!!

Quick turnaround on delivery from the time I ordered. Very well packaged. As for the socks, they're bloody fantastic, sooo comfortable and soft. I'm wearing them all the time 🤣

Ordered socks of this lot over a week ago, unable to track order. Reached our got a lovely speedy reply from Jenny then all down hill from there. Currently getting ignored, do yourself a favour and give a wide birth, you live and learn

Delivery was fairly fast, socks are very comfortable if a little tricky to put on . I bought them as I get corns between my toes and hoping they will alleviate this

User friendly website. Socks came from China, so they took a couple weeks. So far I’m loving the fit and the different lengths - this is helpful depending on the activity I’m doing. I’m concerned about how well they’re going to wear, especially after washing… they are piling already with just a few hours wear.
