I installed this app a few months ago now. I had won some money. But trying to recover the funds was a complete nightmare. It was excuse after excuse. When trying to log in with my password it would say “country not allowed “. When I queried this I was sent a link, when clicked on it took me of the page to a blank screen. Because my Passport is out of date I had to use my birth certificate and a letter with my details on.But Kingshill kept email me saying it had been rejected. This went on for months. Then a was told to get in touch with my bank. I don’t know why this was.. Eventually after months of pursuing it I actually received my winnings. I have deleted the app, I would not go back on.

The last thing I want to be doing on Saturday night before christmas is writing this review but people need to know what they are getting into with this Casino. I used king hill for a few months, things were great. They have great customer service, very friendly agents and they remain very nice, no complaints. However, after losing some money, I had a few very good weeks at kinghills and won some money (all said and done, I maybe had 1000 euros profit) i decided to make some withdrawals, i received a few after normal verification, no issues. now i am trying to withdraw my last 1000 euros and They have started doing the things that most casinos have sadly decided to do. they first asked me for a screenshot of my crypto deposit, no problem at all but now they want a screenshot showing my name and adress attached. Crypto deposits have no name, they are asking for something that does not exist.. i have sent them a screenshot of my profile (not sure what else i can do). They are also now asking for 3 month of pay invoices from my employer LOL. YES, for a 450 dollar deposit. I can send that no problem however, they want this in a PDF format. my bank simply uses theyre webpage. I have never seen a PDF paystub in Canada in my life.. I also sent them a bank statement (PDF) showing my salary reaching my bank account, however, this is not enough for King hills. Because I have won a bit at their Casino I have now become under investigation. i am somehow a notorious criminal and need to provide salary stubs for a 450 dollar deppsit which I have sent a screenshot of my Paycheck with an authentic bank statement showing these funds reach my account.

The most alarming thing in all of this is that the winnings are so very small. all said and done this is all for about a total of 1000 euros profit. Imagine if this was someone that won some life changing money (thankful this is not the case).

I will now need to escalate this the their liscensor which will most likely do absolutely nothing as they will surely never pay my 1000 euros as I simply cannot provide what they ask for because these simply do not exist. I am commited to not cancelling the withdrawal and seeing if ever i receive this however i am starting to see some pretty negative things online and see that this has become the new practice which is so sad as its become the new normal in the Gambling world.

i rather them keep my 1000 dollars then someone winning big money and thinking theyre life has become better and then this happens.

Negative comments seem unfair

Made withdrawal and had to verify payment details fairly standard procedure. Was straightforward. Wasn’t paid same day as it was after banking hours. Had a a countdown on account until payment would be made and it was paid on the second the timer ran out. Can’t say fairer than that.

I had installed an account of this company and I had created an account with OFC and I had spent a lot of money on the account. Then my account and my account level increased. Then these people, the of this company, blocked my account. I have the proof and screenshot of this account. This is how much money I had spent on this account and I have not won a single penny yet.

Placed a 4 fold goalscorer bet with these one game was abandoned so that selection was void. The other 3 players scored but instead of paying the treble they paid it as a double as sancet for Bilbao came on as sub and scored and wasn't in the starting lineup. Total crock of shit, a goal scorer bet stands weather the player starts or comes on as sub. They dropped my winnings from £207 to £46 and after multiple live chats and emails nobody is now responding

It was my first time playing. I’ve cashed out over £800.
When you deposit you need to make sure you select no bonus unless you want to wager 35x.
There are different options to pick from.

I had to wager a little bit but I was able to withdraw. But the site pays out quite often which was impressive (pays out good too)

I had to submit proof of ID and that was it.
The only reason I’ve given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I haven’t received my money yet. It’s in the process which takes 1 working day.

Illegally operating in the UK, I have a history of problem gambling and I have gone to many efforts to protect myself.
