I was working one morning when a lady from Kings Court called. I responded and she asked me some few questions. She also sent me some questions to answer online but unfortunately the way customers were coming into the shop prevented me from attending to her immediately. She got really patient with me till I was done with everything before we continued the process. I must say I was really impressed with the attitude shown.
