It would be a zero if possible. I ordered a sharpening steel at the beginning of January. I immediately received an email stating that there was a shortage (basically due to COVID!) and that delivery would be delayed till mid February. No further correspondence received so I emailed yesterday requesting a cancellation and refund. Having read the reviews here, I wait with bated breath and little optimism. Keep well away from this business!

Order placed on 8 Feb & money taken. Next day an email saying it's out of stock & awaiting stock in 7-10 days. I sent an email on 16 Feb but it was never replied to. 20 Feb, still no update, so phoned but it just kept killing the call so sent email cancelling the order. 21 Feb an email!! delivery expected mid March and they even had the cheek to blame the pandemic!
Found the same product on Amazon and it was delivered the next day (the same supplier item!).
You've been warned.

Think before purchasing
I sadly didnt read the reviews of this company until I had been waiting 3 weeks for an order to arrive.
By this point I had emailed them 3 times for updates. I received cordial responses but there was no action. I was told their account manager at the company my goods were coming from had told them there was a slight delay with goods leaving their warehouse. I checked with the company concerned and they didn’t have any issue with stock. After 14 working days (20 days in total) I requested a refund. I hope Kings and Queens managed to earn a few pennies interest from looking after my £100 for 21 days.
Kings and Queens?? Nothing regal about this company. Think before purchasing.
Order not delivered - still waiting for promised refund
I ordered and paid 5 dishes in August 2022. I received an e-mail confirming the order and payment, stating: "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." However, the order was never sent nor did I receive any further messages. My e-mails enquiring about the order were not answered until I threatened to submit the issue to an ombudsman. It took one month to receive an answer, apparently the goods were no longer available and my order was cancelled and a refund was promised. Another month has passed and I am still waiting for the refund. My e-mails chasing the refund are again ignored.

Great communication all the way from the seller and my delivery was extremely quick. Based on my experience, I would definitely use again and also recommend. Thank you!

Awful company….. ordered an item before Christmas which claimed at the time of order it was in stock took my money then received an email a week later to say the item was out of stock and they would immediately send when it was back in stock …… then received someone else’s order nothing but a waste of time would never order again.

Ordered gin glasses beginning of Jan, and still waiting for them 6 weeks later. Have chased them up twice but have now asked for refund, as it has got ridiculous. Lots of excuses about suppliers, but still selling them on website, even though they can't supply them.
