I've been waiting since August 15th for my loan to be deposited into my account and from other postings people are having the same issues.

Not sure if this company is belly up or what the deal is but never again, horrible experience!

Never got to Experian this time. Got the run around about when my money was going to be deposited. Was told your bank was having problems? Did not get the callbacks when told I was going to.

I have been waiting on my funds since the 7th and it’s the 12th and still haven’t received them

When I used KOK a few years ago they were fantastic and quick and very helpful. This time customer service has been very unhelpful and it has been over a week and I still do not have my funds in my account with promises that it will be there the next day or the day after every time I contact.

I have had a loan with this company since 2018. 6 yrs of payments on time, and my balance has only gone from 500 to 275. This is a scam. They haven't sent me a statement in 2 yrs. Crazy thing is, when I look at that 2 yr old statement, my balance was just 238. I have never missed a pymt. None of there customer "service" agents can explain it. I have asked over and over again for a new statement and payment history so I can see how much of each pymt has gone towards the principal, and they never send me anything. I guess they just expect me to pay for the rest of my lifetime. This is 100% crooked. Please don't fall for this gimmick. Go elsewhere.

I have been calling all week last Monday and have gotten bad results. No one can tell you anything and I have been a long time customer with no VIP rates.

Called on a Friday was told the funds would be in my account on Monday after 12N they weren't there, so I called again. They told me a manager would call me never received the call. So I just let it went got a call stating that a payment would be debited from my account called and told them I never received the funds, I sent a copy of my bank statement and was told I would receive a callback never received the callback. Within the next two weeks the funds was debited from my account called again was told on a Friday some will call me back never received a call talk to a manager that wanted to over talk me and not let me get a word in asked if he knew the timeframe for the refund he said no I asked if anyone knew the timeframe he said only the other department knows when they will close the account and refund the funds. Poor customer service will never deal with them again. This is not V. I. P. Service. Still waiting for my refund this has been going on for a month.

It was quick and easy but I did this because I needed the funds for an emergency. Because you have been so slow the emergency has come and is going to cost me an extra 100 dollars because of the delay in actually getting the funds. Not so helpful after all.

I signed loan documents Friday around 830 am and was advised that funds would be deposited to my bank account the following Monday. Monday came no funds were deposited so I called and was advised they would be sent by noon but that didn’t happen. I called back Tuesday because funds still hadn’t been deposited and I was advised that the files weren’t uploaded yet and to check later in the evening or first thing on Wednesday. The whole purpose of me getting the loan was to insure I had funds by a certain date and that wasn’t done which is very poor practice and this isn’t the first time this has happened. VIP members shouldn’t be treated this way! I should have been notified of the issue and that would have lessened the problem and I would have been able to find another solution.

The customer service advisor was nice and explained everything to me and answered all my questions for me. Need to improve your website information so we can check our accounts and loan details.
