Money hasn’t been received yet. Contacted customer service. She said it’d arrive by 4:30pm today but she lied. Will be contacting my attorney if this is some scam. To share such personal information isn’t something to play about.

I never received my money
I never received my money - I get the same song and dance whenever I call - that my info is being sent to the department that oversees the distribution of funds. I should have received my funds on 3/11 - never received them - yet my account shows a balance and I receive calls daily about a balance being owed. You guys used to be awesome - not sure what happened the last month or so - but man I would never refer anyone to you!

This company is the most unprofessional loan agency I have ever dealt with. Loan approved Friday.....No money yet... No update.... Representative said money should have been in account yesterday. Routing and checking number confirmed. No answers.

Horrible company. Run away fast
If I could leave zero stars I would. Loan originated on 3/5 with a promise of funds being deposited in 24 hours. I never received the funds. After a week of back and forth I opted to cancel the loan. It has been over a week in the loan is still not canceled. After numerous calls and emails this seems to be going nowhere. BBB complaint has been filed even though they are not accredited with them. I have filed an ACH revocation but I fear they may try to collect after reading others who have gone through the same thing

This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever. Told me I was approved on 2/28 and its 3/7 and I still have not received any cash. Nothing but a scam customer service is worst I ever had and they dont have any info to assist you with they should be federaly investigated. dont trust them at all

Service was horrible they have very poor lack of communication! You have to keep calling them regarding your loan once approved. I kept getting different dates when I was going to receive funds and never received them!
