Revised return of unopened items
I placed 2 buckets of duck necks in my cart..... somehow during the checkout process these got changed to chicken feet and i didn't notice. My dog is allergic to chicken and will get the runs if I give her any chicken so I never would've put chicken in my cart.
Company is refusing a return of unopened items..... even when I'm telling them there is a mix up in their checkout process. Never will I buy from them again. They don't care about animals at all. And they don't actually support their own return policy.
