We used this firm unfortunately for our personal injury claim. Our case was being dealt with by UMAIMA MULLA who is highly unprofessional did not complete the case properly which caused us losses on our side. No updates on what’s happening what so ever and then they claim they have been working out of hours for us. They have totally messed my husbands case up and we are the ones who are still chasing.

Professional and courteous. They have dealt with numerous PI claims for my friends and family and recently an immigration matter too. Never had any problems. Kinetic Law kept me up to date on all aspects of my claim, and offered sound advice where needed.
New applications were required for the signing of documents, which I soon got the hang of, but wasn't certain if I had done things correctly.
The assumption that all are IT literate and have a PC or Smart Phone, can be a bit annoying when I have neither.
