We visited all venues that I wanted
We visited all venues that I wanted. Guides and drivers were exactly on time, made our visit seem safe, always took us to the front of the lines. Guides were extremely knowledgeable and spoke fairly good English. Food was monotonous and upset our California guts.

Norway Tour 7 Nights
We were looking for a custom 7 days tour of Fjords in Norway. The traditional tour operators had standard trip plan which was not suitable. With the help of Microsoft search engine Copilot we got in touch with an online portal KIMKIM.COM.
The first response from a local Norway based tour operator Ms Krista was very pleasant. Presentation of places to visit, the daily trip plan was impressive. She was not rigid & willing to make changes where we felt the trip was hectic for a couple 70 years +
The written content about the places that we were to visit is quite detailed & contained lots of minute but very helpful information with pictures & route maps. Even the walking distance from hotel to boat/bus terminal is explained properly. All transport arrangements including purchase of train /bus or boat tickets in advance is very helpful as we did not waste time locally looking for buying.
Selection of hotels & the rooms was quite appropriate suiting our budgets. In Oslo our hotel was very near train station ,so the room had a city view but in Bergen, Alesund & Andalsnes view from our room was excellent & all were at higher floors.
We enjoyed the UNESCO HERITAGE Fjords of Geiranger besides journey to other fjords.
Best part of Kimkim.com is the involvement of small team of local Norway based licensed travel agents Krista & Jacob, both replied to our query promptly. It seems local small business enterprise helps in keeping overheads of KimKim team competitive.
It was a good idea to book dinner for 2 of us at Eggen restaurant in Andalsnes but it is very expensive.
We very much enjoyed our visit to Nobel Peace Centre & Vigeland Sculpture Park in Oslo.
Whenever possible, in future we will again consider KimKim for our arrangements.
We can easily recommend use of services of Kimkim.com

Hi Arvind!
Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review! We’re delighted that Copilot led you to us and that Krista and Jacob could craft a flexible, custom 7-day fjord itinerary that matched your pace and preferences. It’s great to hear the daily plans, route maps, walking-distance notes, and pre-purchased tickets made everything smooth and stress-free!
We’re glad the hotel selections fit your budget and that you enjoyed those lovely views in Bergen, Ålesund, and Åndalsnes—plus the convenience in Oslo. Geiranger’s UNESCO fjord is truly special, and it’s wonderful that Oslo highlights like the Nobel Peace Center and Vigeland Park stood out.
We’re grateful for your recommendation and look forward to helping you plan another memorable trip whenever you’re ready!

Fantastic Finland
Overall our trip was fantastic. What made it so easy was our agent Moonika. She was detailed, responsive, and most of all listened to what we wanted to achieve in our trip and then made it happen. The tours she organized for us were also great people and companies. The lodging and recommendations were perfect. All of her organizing made the trip successful, relaxing, and fun. We will be happy to work with her and the company again.

The trip was well planned
The trip was well planned and the Riad’s were fabulous. Way better than big international hotels and the people therewere so lovely. Our driver , Soufiane, is an excellent driver and handled the horrible roads and long days admirably.
Zara our guide in Fez, was terrific, we really enjoyed our day with her.
Glamping in the Sahara was a standout part of the trip, but after a 9 hr drive from Fez, we were put onto the camels and sent off without any break or instructions from the camel handlers.
Marrakesh Medina is easy to navigate , even though it’s completely crazy, so would have preferred the guide to be with us for a tour of marrakesh , rather than the Medina. It was a short half day tour, and we had to plan a quick drive around marrakesh ourselves, on the way to the airport, otherwise we wouldn’t have seen any of it outside the Medina.

Hi Rosanne!
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re thrilled to hear you loved the riads, found the people wonderful, and had a great experience with Soufiane and Zara—we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words. We’re also glad the Sahara glamping was a standout.
We’re sorry about the camel handoff after the long drive from Fez and that you didn’t receive a break or clear instructions. That’s not the experience we aim for. Thank you as well for the feedback on Marrakech. It sounds like a city highlights tour would have been a better fit than a Medina-focused visit. We’ll make sure future travelers are offered clearer options and timing to cover the city beyond the souks, or to extend guide time as needed.
We appreciate your candid notes—they help us improve. We hope to help better assist you in the future!

Easy process and overall enjoyable trip
I found the process very easy and my travel agent extremely helpful. The itinerary worked just as planned and we followed it to a T. The major downside is that I did not get a breakdown of costs, which is disappointing in evaluating the costs versus benefit and making future travel plans.

Antwort von kimkim
Hi Victoria!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the planning was easy, your specialist was extremely helpful, and the itinerary ran exactly as planned. We’re sorry for the frustration around the lack of a cost breakdown—your point is completely fair, and we know this is important for evaluating value and planning future trips.
Our goal is to be as transparent as possible. While some supplier contracts limit full itemization, we can typically provide a clear breakdown by major components (accommodations, activities, transport, guiding, service fees). If you’d like, please reach out in your trip message thread and we’ll share the available breakdown for your past trip and make sure to include this detail upfront next time.
Thank you again for the helpful feedback—it helps us improve.

Travel in Germany
The hotels that Luice secured for us were great, they were very clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. They were located in the center of the city which made for walking & sight seeing easy.
All the vouchers were helpful as to getting there & having a quick entrance. The additional suggestions offered by Luice for sites & resturants to use were very good.
We were very happy for everything KimKim arranged for us.
