I just received my Kiierr 272 laser cap and my experience with the company has been great so far. Ordering was easy, shipping was prompt, and the packaging felt premium and well thought out. The cap itself is comfortable, solidly built, and clearly high quality.

My Kiierr 272 Premiere arrived earlier than expected. That's a good start. I've used it a few times since I received it. Set up was easy, Charge the battery, (mine was already charged), then plug the cap in and Press start. It beeps every 10 minutes until it hits 30 minutes, then it turns itself off. I like the recommended use of 30 minutes every other day, as opposed to having to use it everyday. The device fits the top of my head well, hitting all my thinning spots (Crown and receding hairline). The baseball cap that sits on the actual device looks kind of funny. I will not be wearing it in public. Other than that, the Kiierr 272 Premiere seems to be made pretty durable and feels warm and relaxing when being used. I haven't used it long enough to see any hair growth yet, but I have high hopes.

I received a Kiierr cap that doesn't fit despite my head being well within their advertised sizing. The product is much smaller than specified and sits awkwardly high. After immediately contacting customer service with requests for a refund and support, I have received no response to any of my attempts at resolution.

The cap I received is unbranded and looks nothing like the marketing photos. It appears identical to generic Chinese white-labeled products available on xxxx for a fraction of the price. When I raised this with the company, their response was that "customers prefer" unbranded caps - a claim I find impossible to believe given the premium price point.

Examining the review patterns raises serious concerns: most five-star ratings come from accounts with only one review, posted shortly after purchase. There's minimal evidence of long-term use or actual results, and hardly any genuine user photos. Just generic praise about shipping and ordering that tells you nothing about whether the medical device actually works. Meanwhile, negative reviews about fit, sizing, and returns receive no meaningful reply or resolution.

Kiierr charges premium prices for a product they refuse to support or service properly.

Based on my direct experience, I cannot recommend this company due to their non-responsive customer service and what appears to be a rebranded generic product sold at a significant markup.

Also notice the brand new review from a customer who has owned the product for 1 month, who claims it fits his large head.

I don't think that that review is a coincidence. Do what you will with that information.

When you write and ask a question or have a concern this company is quick to write you back. I had a few questions and each time within the SAME day I got an answer. I am sure sometimes they may have to investigate your question, but on all my questions, I got fast responses. Tell me, how many companies do you know that has that reputation.

The item arrived in pristine condition but as it arrived from USA, I had to go out and get a USA to UK adapter.
I charged up the battery and used it for the first time, for 6mins, all good and very high quality product.

The device came on time and works as advertised.

I could not give it 5 stars yet. So far so good though. I just received the 272 Dual Wave Laser hat several weeks ago so I have not seen its hair growing affects to date, but I do know that my right knee felt a little pain i.e., tweaky so I used it over my knee and it has seemed to have recovered. No more pain, so it indicates to me that the laser is working. More details to come on the hair growth side in the future.

I have a pretty big head and it fits me well. Ive only been using it for about a month so I have a while before I know if it actually works. I'll update the review after a few months. I actually find it relaxing to wear and nod of sometimes.

I wrote customer service regarding the size of the hat which sits rather high on the crown of my head. The ad says the 272 premier hat is 23 or 23.5 inches in circumference. In reality they measured the outside perimeter of the hat. The actual inside perimeter seems to be closer to 22 inches. Mt head measures 23.5 inches and it concerns me that the hat sits high on my head and although I asked customer service about this, 5 days later I have received no response.

Product arrived in a timely manner. I appreciate the opportunity to guarantee hair growth.

At what has been a stressful time for me, a female, with sudden hair loss, I found Kiierr's website to be very informative, helpful and hopeful for my situation. Ordering was easy, delivery came promptly, and the instructions were easy to follow. I also appreciate their Growth Guarantee policy and the fact that they helped me to easily obtain a Medical Necessity letter so I could pay for their product using my health savings account.

Delivery and customer service are great! The cap is sturdy, using the 302 MD Ultra Flex, and after four months of usage I might be seeing results. It’s hard to tell thus far. I have used it daily and not missed a day, and will continue doing so, because from experience bodily change might take time, even if it’s hard to discern clear results at this moment in time.

I had a great experience with kiierr. I had great results with the laser cap, and I liked that it came with the red and blue laser brush. I also liked the shampoo that was given to me as well. The carrying case made it very easy to be able to use it consistently, even though I was traveling. The only downside is how many times that my order was delayed because of how many orders there were.

I just started using the product, which arrived faster than expected. I'm hopeful that the product will start producing results within the next few months.

The laser cap is super comfortable and easy to operate. It automatically turns off after 6 minutes, making the whole experience hassle free. It will warm your scalp a little, which I found very pleasant. Highly recommend this product if you are in the market for laser treatment.

No email receipt received when I ordered. No tracking number provided for purchase. Package upon arrival required a signature, but I was not aware of that or available when item arrived. A note was left on door for final attempt delivery; I had to contact deliver and arrange to pick up at alternative locations.
