Ordered on COD, then they requested to make an advance payment which I did and its been a month I never received the parcel. Do not buy from them!

Extremely beat up and worn down shoes rebonded to be sold at a premium. This is how they're scamming buyers. I bought a pair of vans for 4500 something which started falling apart after wearing twice. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone even buying from their actual store. They make the thrifted shoes look pretty and what not but it isn't worth the money.

Never recommend making upfront payments! You’ll never receive your parcel. I’ve ordered multiple times before with Cash on Delivery (COD) and always received them on time. But whenever I made an upfront payment, the parcel was never delivered. They keep giving lame excuses like “wrong address” or “it will be delivered within 24 hours,” but it never happens. I’ve reminded them several times, yet there’s still no response or delivery. Very disappointing experience

I recently purchased four pairs of jogging shoes from your I-9 Khazanay outlet for a total amount of Rs. 25,344/-. Among these was a pair of New Balance Fresh Foam shoes. Unfortunately, the sole of this particular pair has come off after only two days of light use, which indicates a manufacturing defect.

I promptly informed your team about the issue; however, I was unable to visit your outlet within the 5-day exchange window due to being in a remote area of Skardu, with limited access to transportation and city facilities. Now that I am back in Islamabad, I am ready to bring the defective shoes along with the original tag and receipt to your I-9 warehouse for inspection and exchange.

While I understand your standard return/exchange policy, I kindly request you to consider this case as a special exception, given the genuine reason for the delay and the fact that the product is clearly faulty.

Your cooperation and understanding in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, and will certainly reinforce customer trust in Khazanay.com.

Absolute shite. I am an idiot for buying shoes online. Should have known better. I haye myself for it, that i fell into this trap.

Bad Experience with KHAZANAY AND Trax, Separately delivery charges leta han ya log aur sasti tareen service use krta han ya log, 10 din ma in sa aik parcel deliver nhi ho saka, complain ki to customer pa hi blame dal dia ka mena hold request dali thi, phir kaha mena complain forward kr dia ha apko deliver ho jy ga 4 din aur lag gy still parcel deliver nhi hoa in sa, asa koi ajeeb service ha Khazanay aur Trax ki ap andaza nhi kr skta

I recently bought a pair of Allbirds shoes from Khazanay.pk, but they turned out to be uncomfortable. The fit feels off, and they start to cause discomfort after a short time. Disappointed with this purchase.

As a devoted Khazany customer, I've noticed a concerning decline in both product quality and customer support. My recent purchase, labeled as "very good condition" on the site, arrived damaged. When I raised the issue with their support team, they insisted I had ordered from the "very good condition" section. Is this a deliberate tactic to pass off subpar items as premium?

Regrettably, this incident has led me to make my final purchase from Khazany. I strongly advise against using their website; I found comparable shoes for Rs. 1000 at the lighthouse. To ensure the authenticity of my review, I've attached pictures and my order number.

Furthermore, their return policy proves to be inconvenient and unfriendly to customers. Suggesting returns via TCS or visiting their shop feels unfair to online shoppers who should not bear the brunt of their mistakes. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. Exercise caution before considering Khazany for your next purchase.

i bought shoes from Khazanay.pk and returned those shoes as per their policy but money has not yet been refunded to me despite fulfilling all their requirements. Although their response to my refund request was prompt and they guided me through whole return/ refund process but money has not been refunded yet so not a reliable vendor
