Paul came as arranged to replace the lock on the front door of our building and offered good advice on replacing the closer which was leaking oil. That was also done promptly later in the week.

Very helpful and attentive staff. They were kind enough to offer install advice and even provided me with some concrete anchoring bolts free of charge. I will definitely return to KGB for any future locksmith needs.
