Too greasy cold not to mention compared to red rooster much more expensive. Red rooster fried chicken so much nicer. Delivery charges are way too high also
Absolute best! Very crispy & crunchy chicken. Definitely finger licking good!

Bought what was supposed to be large chips but was disappointed to find that it was at least a 1/3 smaller than the large chips my son received.
So instead of increasing the price KFC have reduced the packet size.
Rip off and to top it off they didn’t have any original chicken. Totally empty. Probably trying to find smaller chickens.

Went to Cranbourne KFC and got 6 regular pieces and and 6 wings. They call it crispy but when I came home and opened it was all soggy and the oil they have used to fry the chicken tasted so old .So went back to change the stuff and got the same old soggy pieces' was not fresh at all. Just horrible .There is no standard at all. And I would never go back .Had to throw all as couldn't eat at all .The worst place to go if you're looking for fast food.

Avoid the burgers
I always go there for Lunch to get the Original Chicken Fillet Burger Combo with Regular Chips. I always get sick from the Burger because they keep putting lettuce on it when I say no lettuce.

KFC in Nerang a JOKE
Went to KFC in Nerang yesterday at 6pm to get dinner. They said to me they had no original chicken pieces. How ridiculous is that for a kfc to have no original chicken pieces. They also said they had no nuggets or Zinger fillets. Is this even a chicken shop???
Staff are a bunch of kids who know nothing! Will not be going back again,

Several times I have attempted to get food after 9pm (when I finish work) at my local KFC and always they are sold out or no longer making literally half the things on the menu. Why stay open until 10pm if you have no food!!!

Order accuracy is terrible!
Why oh why can't the team at the Runaway Bay store ever kid the orders right? We go there occasionally when I'm visiting my Mum and not once out of the 5 times have they put everything into our bags and we either have to endure it or go back to complain. The lady manager there is horrible too and just does not care. Very low opinion!

Had boneless banquet , couldn't call it a banquet.
The majority of food bland .
The portion size are miniscule, there's more box than food.
Along with the lack of people skills , at least give eye contact .
Had to draw his attention back to completing the food order .
Big disappointment!!!!
