I've been using several and different rank trackers that were brought along other SEO tools for years. I stopped using these SEO tools and now I was in look for a proper rank tracker for my local clients, and future projects. I came up to Keyword.com because I've seen other SEO talk about it, recommend it, and I decided to give it a try.
The dashboard is easy to use, rank tracking is straight forward and accurate, and I loved that I can easily share a link to my clients for them to check out the trackings.
I briefly checked the AI overviews which i am still very skeptical about, but it seemed good and it will recommend prompts to keep an eye on. Sure you can't know the search volume of prompts but you can have a idea by how long the prompt is. Ie. how far is the moon? should have a higher search volume than how far is the moon m8436634EFGfg-X from the Galaxy Centurion. I know it sounds dumb but I'm just trying to show an example.
Keyword.com offered very logical and prompts that actually make sense.

Mi risponde l’assistenza dicendomi che aveva annullato gli account ma mi ritrovo il mese dopo con il prelevo dei soldi nonostante la cancellazione. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma non rispondono . Poco seri , state alla larga .

These folks really know their stuff. Not only does the software work great but the team behind it is super responsive as well. We have been able to get things tweaked and questions answered. Really really great, they just replaced two of my previous subscriptions at the agency with their one software.

Love the accurate rank tracking and customer support from Reinan and Arbie. It's great to have some humans on the other side that can help us out instead of just AI chatbots the whole time

the worst performing keyword ranking tool on the internet. the only good part is that you can manually refresh the keywords to update their ranking position.

Showing all the wrong data and this has been going on for months. Almost very few days I speak with the support team giving them screenshots on how badly their tools is reporting numbers. Today as well I showed them that the keyword 'lawn care in Romsey' is on position #3 (page one) while their ranking report shows the keyword is not in the top 100.

This directly threatens my business and I would not recommend this tool to anyone.

Probably they use a key generator, do not trust

I was a customer paying $48/month for tracking 500 keywords ($0.096 per keyword) back when they were known as Serpbook. They rebranded, got a new domain name, and introduced a new pricing structure a few years ago.

Apparently, there was a tier of $119 for 1000 keywords.

The 500-keyword plan was $97. They changed the price of my plan from $48 to $97 for the same number of keywords. I didn't choose the plan, they restructured the pricing and assigned one to me.

So, if you're wondering, here's their pricing structure per keyword, as of the end of 2022:
200 keywords ($ 0.190)
500 ($0.194)
1000 ($ 0.119)

And, their support staff is telling me:
"We had to increase the rates of all our plans due to the increasing costs of getting the data." (Copied + pasted from an email, when they asked me for feedback about why I was cancelling)

Of course, they didn't have to double my price. They're actually still doing $0.119 per keyword, just that it's on the $120 per month plan. They were charging me $97 ($0.194 per keyword) for 500 keywords, which is a HUGE difference in the value for the plan.

Just find another company to do business with.

great use for SEO
