Had a Key Tracker cabinet in our office for several years. The cabinet system works really well and makes key audits really simple. It's really easy to arranges spares, sundries and servicing and the Sales and Service Teams are really helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Thankfully we have had minimal issues with our system. However Lisa is always on hand to support and get things done. Her regular check ins are truly appreciated within our business.
We had a issue just before the Christmas break that were the result of the office move and could have left us exposed. Reported to Key tracker and what we needed was on its way the same day. Lisa B (License & Warranty Manager) went above and beyond to ensure we had the replacement hardware before Christmas and we remained functional. She was super friendly which was also well received and understood the urgency.
