I had re assurance that the work they were about to do would he done satisfactory, that I would not have to worry ever again, they gave removed my old keysafe, from the house wall newt🤫to their gate, with a doorbell camera, I have had put on the wall next to my door at the front, all my doors have been changed and the chap who was doing he was so polite so kind , I felt so at ease with him, now I can not thak them enough, but the price for three doors was 160, then I had my key safe moved to the cubbyhole wall, that meant it will be on the wall that leads under the stairs so I shall hear any noise coming from that area, so in total, I paid what I thought was very reasonable it was 270.20p would I have them again yes I think I would when you need someone fast you mmm ake sure you pick these, I did I went through around four in total, I new it had to get done, it's now done and they have my old keys they have the metal bars to my porta swing but they will never be any use to them, none what's so ever.

Very professional
Very professional. Explained the costs when I phoned in the morning. A technician came out the same day. He identified and explained the problem, the solution and new parts needed. He mended my lock straightaway. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Job was sub contracted
Well I was surprised to see Stephan from Stephan Locks turn up. I chose Keytek because I was impressed by their website. I wasn't expecting the job to be sub contracted.
Saying that Stephan was a very friendly bloke and seemed to know what he was doing. He got my door lock working and I would happily use him again.

The service was very good.
The service was very good.
I was told, however, that the labour charge was £95 per hour. The work took 22 minutes but I was charged for a full hour. The service was advertised as no call out charge and at no time was it mentioned that I would have to pay a minimum charge. For that reason I can only give a generous three stars.

Everybody I dealt with was polite and efficient. Alex who repaired my lock was so nice and explained what he was doing and why. It is important to comment on good service because everyone is so focussed on complaining!!

A locksmith attended within a few hours…
A locksmith attended within a few hours of our call. He did his best to try and repair the gearbox within the door rather than saying it needed to be replaced.
Ultimately it could not be repaired as a piece of metal had broken off within the mechanism, so a new gearbox was required.

Cannot fault the service, contacted through Check a Trade and they responded within 5 minutes. Dan arrived within the hour and fitted a new lock on our front door. Polite and professional throughout, a really nice guy. The price was good and I would highly recommend them. Top class service.

£106 for 5 mins, no work
Paid a £106 for a call out for them to tell me in less than 5 mins they couldn't fix my lock because they didn't have the parts on them. I am now going to have to pay another £106 call out fee for them to come and fix it with the parts. (and i have to pay for the parts). I'd rather pay for results, than pay by the hour for time.

Came when they said they would gave me a call 15 mins before appointment.
They opened the door I had needed opened, the only grumble was it was a bit expensive but they were professional and did my job so ultimately I’m happy
