Great customer service. Royal Mail seemed to have lost my package so I contacted key hardware and they immediately sent a replacement, no problem.

I was looking for a replacement seal for an external (threshold) door.
Identified a replacement part at a fraction of the price of a complete unit. Whilst it wasn't like for like it claimed it would fit my original. Thought I'd give it a go - it works fine.
Delivery via Royal mail was speedy (though postage was almost 2x the cost of the seal itself). Still beat same item from Amazon on price so thumbs up to this company
