For years I have been asking my husband…

For years I have been asking my husband to take care of himself. Sometimes he would reluctantly try some kind of fitness or healthy eating, but nothing ever clicked for him. This past year, after several health scares, our conversations became more serious. I remember discussing his health decisions with him and he said, "I feel like if I do not change, I will not get to walk our daughter down the aisle." I overheard a friend talking about KT and something about it made me immediately think of my husband. Soon, he reached out to KT and met his coach. He decided to go "all in". Through his amazing coach, he went in slowly to a new lifestyle. He was given information at a pace that made the changes possible. His workouts were personal and it became a fun challenge for him. It has completely changed his life. And therefore, it has changed our whole family's life. He has a determination and a conviction for health in our family like I have never seen before. After years of unhealthy living, he sees the benefits of his hard work and wants our family to feel the same. Yes, he has lost weight, gained muscle, and absorbing information like a sponge. However, it's been so much more than that. He has gained a confidence that I have never seen before in our marriage. I could not be more proud of his hard work and determination to be healthy for our family.

Great comprehensive program for those…

Great comprehensive program for those looking to make a lasting change and investment in their health. I am in my early 40s, athletic background, but the gym routine had gotten stale and I have been backsliding for years gaining a little weight and losing fitness which over the years has added up. This seemed little an inflection point to try a meaningful change, and it has delivered. The program is not easy, but works. Coach Scott and the whole team have been great. I'm down 20+ pounds, -7% body fat, and blood work (shout out Function Health) and other numbers are all vastly improved. I love the focus on functional strength, which I feel in my everyday life. Working out from home has given me more time with the family and is so much more sustainable. I haven't felt or looked this good since my 20s. I'm going to do another year with KT to learn more skills and hopefully make the workouts, nutrition, etc., a part of my life going forward. Thanks to the KT crew and props to anyone willing to commit to this program.

It works!

KB Transformation and Coach Ray have delivered!

Coach Ray and the KB transformation team have been great. The onboarding was easy. The tech is very user friendly. The community is inspirational. Most importantly having a one on one coach keeps me accountable. I am 3 and a half months in and have seen monumental changes in my body and energy. Best of all I am not having to make crazy changes to my schedule. As a 45 year old business owner with 2 middle schoolers, this has been a game changer.

Stop thinking, just do it

I’ve tried so many different programs, diets, CrossFit, peloton, tonal, you name it. Nothing, I mean nothing, has provided me the results, accountability, and community that KettleBell Transformation has.

The plan is simple and fits into my busy schedule, even with continually traveling with work.

My coach, JP, is always responsive and not only there for support but to also push me when I need it.

So glad I found this program, worth every single penny. Absolutely zero regrets.

More Than Fitness: How KT Rebuilt My Strength, Discipline, and Confidence

I joined this program at a point where I knew I needed a reset—physically and mentally. Coming off an ACL injury, the goal wasn’t just to “work out,” but to rebuild strength, endurance, and confidence. I had never committed to a structured program before, so honestly, the initial sales call felt like, “Alright… let’s see where this goes.”!
But that conversation with Grant gradually shifted from a typical pitch into something much more grounded and intentional. The way he broke things down built real confidence—not hype. That’s when I thought, why not give this a serious shot?
“They say a coach or teacher plays a major role in laying the foundation.”
That couldn’t have been more true once I got paired with Ray. From day one, he didn’t start with reps or routines—he started with, “What are you grateful for, and what are your intentions?” That alone told me this wasn’t just another fitness program. He actually wanted to understand me, not just train me. That approach set the tone for everything that followed.
Let’s be real—calorie deficits, meal prep, structured workouts… the fitness world is full of noise and gimmicks around these. But this program strips it down and executes on the fundamentals extremely well. No fluff, no over-complication. And the best part? They make it work for YOU, not the other way around.
“They listen and act” isn’t just a phrase here—it’s how the program operates. And all of this revolves around kettlebells. No fancy gym setups. No complicated machines. Just simple tools used with precision and intent.
I never chased aesthetics. That was never my goal. But once I started following the structure and staying consistent, the results showed up whether I was chasing them or not. I dropped 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks—and now I’m down 20 lbs overall, with noticeably better energy, strength, and body composition.
Only downside? - I had to invest in a new wardrobe because my old pants decided they were done holding on for dear life.
More than the physical transformation, what stood out was the environment. This program connects you with like-minded men who are all pushing forward—balancing life, work, family, and still showing up to get stronger. That sense of community and accountability is powerful.
Bottom line—this was a damn worthy investment. Not just in fitness, but in overall lifestyle. And the interesting part? It doesn’t feel like I’ve finished anything… it feels like I’ve just gotten started.

Great People, Great Process

I am ~10 weeks into the KT process. I have a 100% positive experience. The KT people, process, and whole package has been exactly what was advertised, explained, and sold. Money well spent. I have shed body fat and gained muscle mass. I have picked up new habits, and learned new skills. I am healthier since joining KT.

This has been an incredible experience

This has been an incredible experience for me and also my career. It’s all what you out in is what you’ll get out. Seems simple right? I recently got promoted, and at the same time bought more equity into another business. I felt overwhelmed. What has made it work was KT. KT made me prioritize what I needed to do, and that was to get up and attack the day, business, and health. My coach has been incredible to work with, always available and stacked with information to help with all aspects of nutrition, strength, and motivation. I’m stoked to keep moving forward and crushing my goals, personally and professionally. Thanks KT.

KT has been awesome

KT has been awesome. Great coaches and community and in less than 4 months it has made a huge difference in my body composition and overall health, and done that with changes that require commitment but are not over the top or unsustainable. Highly recommend as a forcing function to get yourself on a better trajectory.

Hugo and the entire KB team are top notch. Worth every penny if you are willing to put in the work and follow the program (easily manageable even with a busy schedule). Highly individualized and effective in tackling goals and I am seeing awesome results!

I have been in the KT program for about…

I have been in the KT program for about 9 weeks now and I am feeling great! Absolutely no regrets in choosing to join the program and I have impressed myself with the enthusiasm which I have been able to participate and benefit from the diet, the coaching, the training and I have successfully lost 19 lbs while objectively increasing my strength during the workouts, very well structured and it works!

Worth it - if you commit you will be pleased.

This program is highly effective for individuals who are committed to their fitness goals. It is structured around three key concepts: weight training, walking, and nutrition. By adhering to this program, participants can achieve remarkable results. The coaching component is provided through video training and an accompanying application. Additionally, participants receive frequent one-on-one coaching sessions via Zoom and messaging.
This program is particularly suitable for individuals who have some prior training or athletic experience. However, experience is not a prerequisite, as the coach can tailor the program to your specific abilities.
As an individual in my mid-50s, I find myself on the older end of the target demographic. The program progresses gradually and is adjusted based on progress, ensuring that participants are challenged appropriately. I am very pleased with my results, having successfully shed most of my target weight. My strength improvements have surpassed my expectations. Initially, my primary concern was the risk of injury. However, I have successfully completed this program without any injuries and emerged significantly stronger than anticipated.

Worth Every Penny!

Look, let’s get real. People are going to bellyache about this program because it’s a lot of money. I assure you that those comments are from people who are on the outside looking in or from those who didn’t put in the effort.

Here’s the deal: KT is NOT for everyone! It’s not cheap and it’s not easy. But I’m here to tell you that if you are serious about getting in shape and losing body fat, this is as good as it gets, provided you trust the process and show up every day. There are no free passes in this world.

The cash outlay ensures you have skin in the game and take this program seriously…and that’s a good thing in my opinion: It makes it hard to quit or screw around.

My coach, Scott Crystal, was an amazing resource and held me accountable every step of the way. With his support and guidance, I lost more than 25+ pounds in 16 weeks. At 57 years old, I feel the best I have in 30+ years…sleep really well and move almost limitlessly!

So yeah, it’s a big dollar number....but trust me when I tell you, it was worth every penny!

Kettlebell Transformation: a top shelf well run program for active men

As a former military member, and after spending 40 years of my life in Operations and Management, I appreciated the organized fashion that is the Kettlebell Transformation program. Every detail of the KT program has been considered and addressed. The equipment I needed was shipped to me, the app for following the program is well designed and includes with every exercise a video for proper technique. There is a component of social interaction and camaraderie that I was not expecting between the coaches and clients, a real proxy for a physical gym’s social culture. And finally, the individualized coaching I have received for both the exercise techniques and nutrition is top shelf, supportive, and modern. I get positive feedback, reviews of my technique and personalized videos explaining finer points to work on. My coach, Coach Quincy, has been super supportive and I needed that as I started in a very physically weak place, quite a bit behind my peers in the program. With KTs help I’ve changed my body composition and added real strength to my frame through 9 weeks, all while doing it in my office in about an hour just four days a week. It’s allowed me to shift my mindset and give me something to make positive changes in my health and body with.

I was looking for a program at the age of 60 that would carry me into my 70s and I found it. I love the enthusiasm for the KT program and they made me feel welcome from day 1.

KT WORKS! they have figured out the formula for ~40s men.

Kettlebell Transformation is a system that works if you commit to it 100%, and they make it easy to do that. My trainer Pete was fantastic - supportive, knowledgeable, consistent, and really really friendly - and the thought and tech behind the monitoring, the course delivery, communication, and measurement is all super easy to use and combines into a fitness machine. I had never tried kettlebell exercises before doing this, and I'm so glad I did. It really is the perfect workout for home exercise and for guys like me (40s male, was overweight) because it gets the lower body and back going BIG TIME which combined with the steps, nutrition (key) and consistency led to dramatic results. I lost all--in 35 lbs in four months and I'm back to my wedding shape. People notice. I feel great. I really can't recommend it enough.

Down 23 lbs (Dec-Feb)!

I’m loving everything about this program! I needed a new exercise program, new movements, new nutrition and dialed in coaching. KT is all of that! Down 23 lbs in the first 11 weeks (Dec-Feb)! From 290. Stronger everyday and I finally feel like I’m building the sustainable habits for life.

Pull the Trigger and try the Program!

I decided to pull the trigger on the Kettle Bell Transformation program and I am very glad I did. The program has a great design with different starting points depending on your level of fitness, physical ability, and age. The program offers great one on one online coaching for the kettlebell program and nutrition. As of the writing of this review, I have been doing the program consistently for 10 weeks and I have noticed my strength increase dramatically and I have lost 15 pounds. The program is worth the price.

KB Transformation is a great program!

KB Transformation is a great program! I've spent years in the gym doing weight training and never getting the results I was wanting. I came across the KBT reel on my social media feed and decided to look into it. After my initial meeting, I decided to go all in and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Coach Mike has been great to work with from my on boarding to now that I'm two months in, I've had all the support from the KB team to ensure my start was successful. Now that I'm two months in, I'm feeling stronger, I'm more aware of what I'm eating and making better decisions and the weight is coming off. Another benefit has been in my golf game, with the added strength and flexibility I am hitting the golf ball further than I ever have. Overall a great program with a great team to ensure your success.

5/5 Stars – Highly Recommend Kettlebell Transformation and specifically my coach Quincy!

The kettlebell workouts themselves are excellent—smartly programmed, challenging, and effective. I’m headed into week 4 and already feeling the results: building strength, have more energy, seeing visible changes in my physique, and I have a real sense of accomplishment after each workout. I look forward to my next workout with this program.

I’ve been working with Coach Quincy through Kettlebell Transformation, and he has truly exceeded my expectations. From day one, he prioritized coaching me on proper kettlebell techniques—breaking down every movement with clear cues through video comparisons of my swings and the proper swings. He assisted me in making corrections early on to ensure my form was spot-on and injury-free.

What stands out most is how Coach Quincy tailors everything specifically to my development and goals. He advises me on how to continue my progress, he adjusts the program based on how I’m responding, and focuses on what I need to improve, strength, mobility, and overall results. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s personalized coaching that feels built just for me.

On top of that, he’s incredibly personable and motivating. Our check-ins are always positive and energetic—he genuinely cares about my success and knows exactly how to push me to dig deeper and stay consistent. His encouragement drives me to show up and give my best every time.

Oh, and it's not just about the workouts. Kettlebell Transformation keeps me accountable to my intake of food. I have adjusted my food intake with the guidance of Coach Quincy. I now batch cook off the Kettlebell list of food. Calorie counting is a part of the program and has me dropping the pounds.

Kettlebell Transformation and Coach Quincy are game changers in my personal fitness goals. I highly recommend this program to anyone that is looking for an effective program and personalized coaching.

Through Kettlebell Transformation and Coach Quincy I am well on my way to reach my goals by late May for cruising around Greece and Italy with my fiancé. 💪
