I would recommend this site to anyone traveling to Kenya. Certainly easier than sending passports to Washington.

One recommendation: If you are crossing borders several times, bring extra copies of the eVisa.

For my first trip to Kenya I decided to try visa on line and found it easy and efficient to use. While the uploading of photos and passport information took a bit of time, this was more to do with my limited IT awareness. However the guidance from Ivisa was excellent including a short film and now I can scan and upload documents much more quickly

All in all a very helpful system and my visa arrived within 48 hours - just look forward to a much more speedy arrival through customs at Nsirobi thanks to Ivisa

The service is effective but expensive in case some urgency is required.

Very simple to do, you must have a picture of yourself on your computer, because the application requires an upload of a digital passport photo, had a pic of my face in the dining room, sent that, It worked, you must send your travel plans also, and a copy of your Passport Page, so will need a scanner, or have all that stuff saved in your computer, and they take Pay Pal, total was $88.00, had temp Visa within a couple hours if I had to travel the same day, had the actual visa the next day, about 24 hours to get.

Visa received ahead of the deadline

Very frustrating when I wanted to get information on my order, and since I am within 2 weeks of leaving I needed to know where I stood. No phone numbers that worked- at the 303 number, all I got was an answering device. Finally, someone started to chat. Told me I still had to send in photos of the passports- which I had included in the original application.
Supposedly I had been sent an e-mail telling me this-- that I had never received. Finally got it sorted but had to confirm that the second set of photos of the passports had been received. A toll free number would help get things like this sorted a whole lot quicker. I rated this acceptable because I ultimately got the Visas in time.

Kenya Visa delivered everything they promised. The only suggestion I would make would be that there is only an opportunity to upload one supporting document (i.e. flight schedule, invitation or hotel booking). Suggest this is changed to at least two documents to ensure that participants can include all relevant documentation (ensuring that chances of rejection are minimized).

My heart sank when I realized that I would have to apply for my Kenyan visa on-line. I have had unpleasant experiences with similar services provided by other countries and my previous experience getting a visa in NBO had been fairly positive. However, I was very wrong. I completed my visa application two days ago and received my visa at home today via email. Everything seems to be in order and I have not had to send my passport anywhere, nor have I had to get money orders or bank cheques. No hassles, no glitches and very little time required. Thank you very much.
