Fantastic customer service, lads who installed were great and it looks fabulous. Good quality, only thing would have been perfect would be the roof to hangover more less rain to get in through wired area. Had to put up perspex other than that highly recommend

Kennelstore were extremely helpful throughout the whole process from placing delivery, liaising of installation dates and ultimately installing the Kennel. The guys that installed were extremely polite and professional and the kennel was up and running in quickly with minimum disruption. I would highly recommend if looking for a good quality, strong and smart looking kennel.

Ordered a panel for delivery 31:3 - 1:4. Needed urgently for Easter. Nothing still arrived a week on. Courier giving different reasons and company won’t use another courier. We’ve had to chase for updates. Hopefully refund much faster.

Due to customisation of the panel we expected 3-4 weeks delivery time but it arrived within a week.

Buy with confidence from Kennelstore. Robust product, really well made. The joy of seamless ordering and delivery, this is a professional team and I would highly recommend them.

This is my third purchase of the Trojan dog beds over the last 5 years. They are well worth the investment as they are the strongest fabric I've found for our Doberman who loves to destroy beds.
Staff called me to double check on the colour choice before sending out. Great service and great product.

Ordered a kennel on 18th February, 2-3 weeks delivery. I was called the next day to say there was a delivery charge of £145 for Scotland ( although site states FREE UK DELIVERY) didn’t realise Scotland had left the UK and as it was stated on site felt the free delivery should be upheld, which it was. Now 3 weeks later I have no kennel and no delivery date because the goal posts were moved, I would only get my delivery If another Scottish order came through. I have a daughter recovering from spinal surgery and the kennel was required to get our boisterous boxer (18 month old) outside during the day in a nice warm secure environment so she could continue recovery in our living area as she is unable to navigate stairs. Very disappointed that I could still h as have waited months, so order was cancelled today and I now need to source another kennel , but I will be sure to choose a company that will deliver in their stated time frame

They didn't have what I ordered in stock but they came up with a solution and were very helpful. Items arrived very quickly and are just what I needed.
