We were recommended to Kelly’s by our son & daughter in law who bought a Puggle from them & he is now 7. The staff were very friendly, helpful, & we were not puy under any pressure to make a quick decision. We saw the puppy we wanted & are now the proud owners of Toby, our own Puggle!

When searching for a pup the name kellys kennels was mentioned by several people. My 8 year old has asked for a dog for many years but is allergic. I contacted kellys and asked about there poodle mixes and the girls couldn't be more helpful. We booked an appointment for a look which quickly turned into bringing our little willow home 4 days later 🤣😍. The girls introduced us to several breeds to see which my son didn't react to. We made several visits up to just make sure he was OK. They were so accommodating and can understand qnd cannot thank them enough. Will recommend 10000%

Very helpful and friendly staff. kennels very clean. No pressure allowed plenty of time with puppies. We left with an adorable 10 weeks old Cavachon which we have named Mojo.

Travelled from Surrey to Warrington after being recommended by family. Bertie chose us, he is delightful and is now part of the family. The staff were helpful and friendly. Puppy pack given with dates of injections, microchip details etc. Gave advice for our journey back home with our new puppy and we love love him. Would highly recommend.

We came on Saturday to find a Dachshund for its forever home from ringing to book the appointment to getting there on Saturday the service was amazing we walked in and u wouldn't even know the puppies were there it was so clean ,
The staff was extremely helpful in finding us our little Luna we even cam away with a bundle including cage ,bed toys ,bowls ,lead and collar ,toys and food and puppy pads in which we haven't yet had to use as we have fully housetrained our pup and has settled in perfect into our family

Thank you Kelly’s kennels we bought two beautiful puppies one Shorkie and one Morkie both are a ray of shine in our lives. I would highly recommend buying for here Kennels spotless and staff very helpful and really care for all the pups.

So happy we decided to visit Kelly’s kennels. We bought our gorgeous baby boy shihpoo. Staff were extremely helpful and give us all the help and information to bring our baby pup home. Would highly recommend Kelly’s kennels

I visited Kellys Kennels last Wednesday 26/1. There is plenty of room to park, the kennels are in a self contained building on the farm. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the dogs.
You are given as much time as you want to look at and interact with the puppies. The puppies are well cared for and the kennels are very clean, the puppies are are all so cute, little bundles, it’s so hard just to pick 1.
Our puppy has been with us for a week
He is settling in and doing good with his training, we received an information pack and bag of food and he was already microchipped. Very happy with our new addition to the family.

We were very pleased with the experience we had when purchasing our new puppy at Kelly’s Kennels. Staff were very helpful and puppies are all well cared for. My puppy is absolutely amazing, couldn’t be happier!

This is an honest review. My wife emailed Kelly about a Cavachon puppy. (6th Jan 2022) Kelly emailed back the next morning, and also sent some lovely pics of her to my wife's phone.
We set off the next day to view her.
The environment was very clean and the staff very welcoming. All of the other puppies there looked very happy, clean, and fighting fit. The 3 of us were left alone to have a look at the pup, along with another one we were interested in. After making a decision to buy her, all the paperwork was explained to my wife by Kelly in a very professional manner. Kelly programmed Lucy's chip and away we went. Lucy was a bit nervous in the car going home for about 5 mins, then she calmed down and was fast asleep.

Nearly 4 weeks on, Lucy is loving life and super fit & healthy. We love our new family member, and Kelly and her team are fantastic to deal with. I really do not get why people ask to "see the parents" Why?? Like it matters! Or is it just one of those Stupid questions customers feel the need to ask, as if 'That's what you do when looking for a dog' After selling cars for myself for over 35 years, it's a bit like the "How many owners has it had, how long have you had it mate?" When buying a house do we ask how many owners? Can we meet the builder!! For god's sake folks, get a grip in life!!

I want my to support what my wife’s, Pauline wrote in the review of Kelly’s Kennels.
Firstly, I think Pauline has been balanced in her review because she started by saying the puppies were well cared for and lovely.
We found the staff friendly and helpful.
We were able to handle the puppies freely.
To reiterate, we were worried that you couldn’t view the parents. When we phoned prior to the visit, we asked about seeing Maltipoo mother and we’re told she had been sent back ( presumably to Ireland). It is rubbish that the puppies are separated from mothers to reduce separation anxiety. Mothers should ALWAYS be there to see. Also, you are obviously shipping puppies and their mums over from your puppy farm in Ireland. If conditions are SO good, why dont you provide information and photographs on your website if the breeding dogs living conditions over in Ireland? Why are they being shipped over anyway? Why do you have so many different types of puppies on sale , without parents to be seen, if it’s not a puppy farm they’ve come from?
I reiterate what Pauline has said about what we observed. That is, that the puppies were well cared for but parents could not be seen. The conditions outside for the adult westie and spaniel were disgusting. They were covered in caked in, dry mud. This was not fresh mud it had been there for days. The westie looked cold and had been left outside with no one seeing to her needs. We wouldnt treat our dogs like that. We would gladly give your westie a happy rescue home, to give her the life she deserves.
We dont recommend these kennels as it’s obviously based on mass puppy farming, pups being shipped across from Ireland.

Firstly, I would like to say that when we visited Kelly's Kennels yesterday, the puppies seemed well cared for and appeared gorgeous, healthy, playful. Staff member was helpful and friendly.
Our concerns were that the parents could not be viewed for most of the various breeds of puppies. The conditions in the outside area were muddy, dirty and it was very upsetting to see two female dogs outside covered in mud. The westie adult was not walking great and the spaniel female adult had obviously been bred from loads, by the look if her tummy and teats down to the floor. We had a westie fir almost 16 years and she was well cared for, not left out in the cold and covered in mud. No-one was attempting to let her inside, yet it was freezing cold. Kelly's Kennels, is that how you repay your breeding dogs, for all the puppies they produce fir you, don't they deserve better? We would gladly give your westie a good home and buy her off you, to rescue her.
More worrying, is that you could not view the parents of the various and varying puppy types that you have. When I asked if we could view the parents of maltipoo for example, I was advised that no, as the 'mother had gone back' Obviously puppies are being bred at your sister puppy farm in Ireland and shipped over. It makes ne very concerned about how the breeding dogs and stud dogs are being kept. If the adult dogs on your Croft farm are kept out in the cold and mud, where they are in view, what must the conditions be like on your Irish puppy farm? Breeding dogs no doubt bred from time and time again, in poor conditions. Never able to be free or go on walks. Dogs are living creatures, free spirits, should be able to run, explore, follow their senses. Breeding dogs should still be able to enjoy their lives, not bred from for years Kelly's Kennels, I hope you can provide positive information about your business in Ireland to convince people otherwise. But, why can't the puppies mothers be seen? Are they tested for PRA, hip dysplasia etc? Basic vet health checks don't cover this. BEWARE if you are buying from these Kennels

My daughter visited Kelly's kennels yesterday.and spoke to a member of staff re a cavapoo.my daughter was advised that they would keep hold of the dog until today.until we could get there to sign for it.my daughter spoke to staff twice this morning.and at 1pm a staff member contacted her and advised they had sold it by mistake.just to warn people not to make the same mistake my daughter did by going to Kelly's kennels.my daughter was so upset

I emailed them about getting a puppy, I asked them if I could see the puppies with their mother, they never responded to me.
That told me enough so I went to a KC registered breeder and got a pure bred ESS

Had nothing but a positive experience at Kelly’s Kennels. We went looking at a certain breed and was very happy with the process from start to finish! I would highly recommend them!
