"Ugly" Camera Glass Scratch
The camera works fine except for a scratch on the glass, and the website says "Grades are based on cosmetic attributes and not on functionality" so I was under the impression that there wouldn't be anything that affects it's usability. I don't care about the camera's exterior cosmetic damage, but the scratch is a bummer.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the scratch on the glass and understand how disappointing that can be.
If you could please send photos of the scratch to customerservice@keh.com, our Quality Control team would be happy to review the images and determine whether the condition falls within our grading tolerances. Once we've had an opportunity to assess the photos, we'll be glad to discuss any available options with you.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to assisting further.

The Lens was supposed to be for a Z lens mount…
The Lens was supposed to be a Tamron 18-300mm "Z mount" lens for Nikon. What actually arrived was a lens for the "Sony-E" mount.
The lable on the plastic bag had the wrong description as a Nikon Z lens mount when it was actually for a Sony-E mount!
Poor attention to detail by staff and identification of item that was sold!

Hi JC,
We're very sorry for this mistake and understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the wrong lens. Please reach out to our customerservice@keh.com team so we can explore available resolution options. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to make this right.
Must remember it's used
The flash (Sony Hvl-58) arrived earlier than expected. I was using it and it was misfiring. I'll have to practice with it some more before my next gig, to make sure it is working correctly. I do understand it is a used product. I was probably putting too much stress under it.

I found just what I was looking for at KEH
I was looking for the Sigma Doc system for Canon EF DSLR cameras and I found just what I was looking for at KEH. The item I purchased was listed as pre-owned in excellent condition. When it arrived, the item was in excellent, like new condition, as described. Shipping was fast and easy and I saved 57% compared to the price of the same item new-in box.

I sent my Canon 28-105mm f/4-5.6 USM EF Mount Lens {58} to KEH Camera after receiving a quote based on the photos of the item sent. I did not approve the final offer, and KEH was supposed to return my lens to me. A different lens in very poor condition was switched for the lens that I sent to them. When asked about the substitution KEH claimed that they receive so many items that they cannot speak to what they returned to me. Basically, they sold my item for top dollar and gave me nothing in return. Dishonest business practice.

It was great
It was great. The lens was used but impeccably clean as usual. This is my third purchase from KEH and every one has been perfect. I have when sold a few items as well. The price the quoted was fair and transactions the seamless. I'm just ready to ship another one today. I liked their honesty and integrity, which is rare in present day. Thank you KEH.

Product was almost perfect
Product was almost perfect . Product got delayed by 2 days (Fedex) when rcvd battery wouldn't charge. Contacted support new battery is enroute. Battery had enough juice to set camera up and take a few pictures, so far very happy and worth 5 stars.
