I was wary of purchasing from a company I'd never heard of before, but I really liked the great band shirt they had that was exactly what I had been searching for. I received unbelievably wonderful customer service from Sophia when the Bella Canvas women's cut t-shirt I ordered arrived with a serious sizing discrepancy; I reached out to the company via email, and Sophia was extremely responsive messaging me back and forth to let me know my options, and then immediately remade me a shirt that more than exceeded my expectations. And she sent it super fast, and allowed me to donate the original one that was too small. I would ABSOLUTELY order from them again, I'll just stick to the unisex shirts, they are very accurately sized... The iron-on seems like really good quality, and I always wash in cold water inside out and hang to dry, so hopefully it'll last a long time. I removed one star due to the sizing discrepancy, but I am still very satisfied. Thanks so much, Sophia for taking such good care of this customer!

The shirt was fine except for me not liking the neck being a little too high and neck opening being on the smaller side. Purchase time to delivery, almost 1.5 weeks.

REALLY excellent quality shirt! I was surprised at the wide variety of colors, and was SUPER impressed that there were a variety of shirt shapes. I have so many cool t-shirts that I NEVER wear because they only came in one shape (a standard men's T-shirt), which is uncomfortable and unflattering. So having options really makes a difference! Plus I like that a large amount of the proceeds go to the actual artist! And I believe that they make each shirt to order, so it takes a little longer to receive, but the quality (and knowing there aren't 10,000 cheap shirts sitting in a warehouse somewhere) makes me feel better about it. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Will never use this company again or recommend to others. Use TeePublic. Much better quality and customer service! Updated 3/7: The companies response is not a true representation of the situation that occurred. I reached out to them again after their response and they will still not resolve the situation. Just a continuation of their horrible customer service!

I recently bough 2 Hoodies from Keeptee and i just really like them the quality was Great and my friend just loved them. But what was really nice about the experience was that i was in contact with Sophie a really nice lady who took the time to contact me to make sure everything in my order was good. I really appreciate that, that is Great customer service. Thank you Sophie, your the BEST.

I have been trying to chat with KeepTee before placing my order to ensure our tshirts would arrive before the Toby Mac concert. I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for a reply, but I have received nothing since the initial “how can we help” message, even though I have sent several other messages. This is what makes me wonder is they are really there. I’m glad the reviews basically show they are legit, but I have my doubts about the shirts arriving before the event. I’ll make one more attempt through email then move on.

My initial order came in incorrect. I emailed them with pictures and without hesitation (because it was wrong) they shipped a new one immediately. I knocked one star down because the design on the sweatshirt was smaller than the website pictures. On the website the design is large and fills the space nicely. They should show what it would look like better and then this would be fine because expectations won’t be different. Overall the quality is nice though! Great customer service.

INLOVE!!! Was a bit skeptical when i bought this but my hoodie arrived much better than expected. Customer service was so helpful and kind. I got a gildan hoodie with a print, and the quality is great. Doesnt feel cheap at all. Shipped in a good amount of time too. Overall 10/10 experience i reccomend buying from here.

The print on the t-shirt was great. However, there's no stretch to the t-shirt. It fit in the waist but across the chest is tight. I would recommend a larger size if you are larger in the chest area. I'm going to wash it and stretch it out to see if that helps. It is a thicker t-shirt. For reference, ordered the size small women's v-neck.

Amazing customer service and communication. I spotted an error on my order. I contacted them right away and without any hesitation they apologized and sent me a replacement with the corrected error. Great price as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Never received item then seller refused to issue me a refund. Filed dispute with PayPal then the seller said he would refund me if I dropped the dispute. I didn’t and a month later got my refund through PayPal. Don’t buy from this site unless you want to get ripped off!

Keeptee's customer service is terrific! I ordered a t-shirt that turned out to be too small and they promptly sent me another shirt that fits!
