I have ordered items from this company for several years. Quality of items and overall customer service are excellent. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for hard to find military surplus.

I was a little hesitant to order from keepshooting.com at first since I hadn’t shopped with them before but after this experience I’m officially a loyal customer! I ordered a Swiss rucksack and unfortunately one of the straps arrived damaged. I sent them an email just to let them know they responded with a tracking number for a replacement! The rest of my order was flawless great quality well-packed and shipped fast. I went from skeptical to sold in one transaction. If your looking for a retailer that actually stands behind what they sell keepshooting is the real deal. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!!!

I have made many orders from this site for my military surplus modifications. They have sent the wrong size clothing in the past and did not respond to my messages. On my last order, they looked over it, decided they wanted to charge more, then canceled my order. When I checked on my order status (wondering why it had not shipped), I found out that they had canceled it and increased the item prices and limits for what I had purchased the previous week. I have messaged them every way possible, and once again, have not heard back. This is very scummy in my opinion.

Pepper spray broken upon arrival. Got it on my hands and in my eyes. Reached out to them 5 times and they couldn’t even reply to me.

These guys are 100% dishonest. They advertised a belt at one size, took payment for that size, invoiced me for that size. And then ship...a different size. When confronted about what appears to be an honest mistake, they chose dishonesty and altered the website description. They even sent a screenshot of the edited description trying to pass it off as though I misread the page when I ordered.

Little did they know I retained that original description in an open link. Then I printed that site to a PDF and then...recorded a screen cap of the refresh of the page to show the change. I even included the invoice and PDF of the site description showing what I ordered and paid for.

I've done business with this company for several years and bought some things that I am really satisfied with. This review is not about the products, but the customer service. I bought a great knife that is really solid except for a small defect in operation. I have sent multiple emails, messages through the website, and several phone calls with no response. It has been a couple of weeks and not a word from them. I posted this in the review of the knife and it hasn't been put in the reviews after their monitoring. I'm really disappointed that I have an expensive (to me) knife with a defect, but mostly that I have lost faith in the company that I enjoyed doing business with.

Love this company. I love getting stuff for my father for his birthday and Christmas from them. They aren't as fast as amazon but you can't find what they are selling there. Love them!

Do you remember the old military surplus shops that had lots of cool stuff really cheap? They don't seem to exist much in retail space anymore, but keepshooting.com keeps that vibe alive online. Tons of military surplus deals (that are actually really good cheap deals) and a few other hard to find items keep me coming back and watching their email specials.
