Cannot fault the service I received…

Cannot fault the service I received when purchasing the vava short throw projector package. The sales team were very helpful with my many questions. Order was placed and delivery within a couple of days. All up and running. Couldn't have gone any smoother.

Item took nearly two weeks to arrive

Item took nearly two weeks to arrive. I had to call to find out what was taking so long. The item was out of stock and was due from the Netherlands. I received an apology saying that normally I would have been notified of the delay by email but due to Black Friday things had been busy.

Item received DOA

Item received DOA. Had prompt reply that refund would be issued. Waited two weeks and numerous emails and had no refund and not reply. Would not recommend or buy from again.

I'm sorry to learn that your product turned up damaged in transit between the UK and Australia. I know our team tried to be as honest as possible and help you source a retailer of your product in Australia for you to purchase a replacement product and issue a full refund to save having anymore issues with international shipping.

Unfortunately our refunds can take a little while to process and then it can take some time for the money to come into your account. I have checked with our accounts team and can confirm that the refund has been processed and your full refund should be with you.

Sorry that you felt your experience with Keene wasn't the best, I can assure you that we have taken your comments on board and are looking at how we can speed up our refund process and are sourcing a new international shipping company as we don't want products arriving damaged as you experienced.

Hopefully you understand and feel like you can shop with Keene again in the future.

VAVA UST Laser Projector

My experience right from the time of my enquiry about VAVA UST projector to purchasing was enthralling and exciting. The gentleman I spoke to demonstrated brilliant understanding about the workings of the projector and screen dimensions/ configuration. I was supported through and through without any pressure. I would therefore recommend Keene all day long!

Good British company, not many like this left.

Good company, support is helpful and excellent. Been dealing with them since 2008, when I used to sell their products when I was in sales for another company. Now I buy their products for my own personal use. Not many companies like this left, good old fashioned quality and traditional customer service.

I love these amps

I love these amps-they sound amazing for their size;
truly incredible-I would recommend to spend some money on Cambridge or
B and W speakers and wall mount them -the result is really good!!
Delivery was spot on as well

Great company..Great service..Great backup

Would not hesitate to recommend Keene to anyone looking to buy something from them, their delivery was fast with notifications so we knew when our delivery would arrive. The customer service was excellent, we asked a few non standard questions, and if I am honest didn't expect much in regards to an answer, but Adam responded quickly and was very helpful.

Great company who seem to look after their customers even after they have made the purchase.....how refreshing.
