Very happy to be a customer. I bought an odin v2, it shipped almost immediately to the US and arrived in perfect condition. I needed some help getting an additional component once they discontinued the product and support was super helpful and timely in solving my needs. Additionally I ended up needing some updated firmware and their support (Shoutout to Wayne) was super helpful getting an updated firmware file, as well as detailed instructions on getting it configured correctly.

The keyboard arrived with a slight issue, but customer support was very helpful, patient and in the end helped me figure out the issue. The quality of the keyboard is great, and I really lik eit. 10/10 would definetely recommend

Tech support was phenomenal, specifically Wayne. This was my first keyboard and was running into some troubleshooting. I have received a new replacement case of the D60litePC version. My case had some molding issues on the brass inserts, KBDfans support team Jean was very helpful in every step of the way after getting all the information that they need.

The customer service on discord was extremely helpful with exchanging/ adding more items on an order, Adam from the customer service team on discord helped me and he made it really easy and straightforward when making changes to my order. 10/10 customer service in my opinion.

Bought a PCB from KBDfans, and unfortunately the first one was a DOA. It happens, so KBDfans helped me out and sent me a new one as soon as they could, even covering shipping and import costs. Great service!

My PBTfans Neon set had a defect on the up arrow key, so I reached out to KBDfans and they were so kind! Jean guided me from start to finish on what I could do to get a replacement key, and now I'm waiting for the key to arrive!

Jean was the best guide for me that I could ever ask for! I gave him a lot of unnecessary work and probably made things more difficult for him than I needed to. I was really confused on my first build. But, he took the time to patiently help me through my purchase--rectifying many mistakes I made!

Just got my Tofu SE today and could not figure out how to flash my board with VIA and enable 1000hz polling, but Wayne walked me through it step by step and solved my problem easily. Thank you Wayne!

Jean helped me tons. I had a broken PCB and they helped through the whole process. Unfortunately the PCB got worse and completely stopped connecting, but they were able to ship out a new one right away. Got it within a few days. Quick and great service!
