I’ve been working with KAZAN Solutions for 1 year now, and honestly it’s been a great partnership. The ad accounts have been stable, which means I can focus on running and scaling campaigns instead of worrying about my setup. Support is fast and clear, and when something does come up, they handle it without making it a hassle. Amazing quality service, fast respond time and great customer service

I've been using KAZAN Solutions for over 3 years now, and I can confidently say they're the best in the industry when it comes to ad accounts and account structures. The quality and stability of their accounts are outstanding, and their customer service is by far the fastest I've ever experienced. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I bought a VIP Old Fully Verified BM for pixel sharing (€255) and a Facebook account from KAZAN Solutions. Here is my experience.

The BM: at delivery, support told me to leave their team members inside the BM in case I needed support, and said they would leave on their own. They never did. Later, people inside the BM, whom support itself identified as members of their team, created ad accounts, ran ads without my authorization and removed my permissions. I never used the BM myself. When I asked for a replacement, support first told me they would investigate, then that their team no longer had access, and finally that the order was outside the warranty period. No replacement, no refund.

The Facebook account: it got a selfie checkpoint right away, even though I followed every setup instruction they gave me (dedicated proxy, Incogniton, their cookies, warm-up). I asked several times whether they would replace or unlock it. I never got a clear answer.

Customer service: between October 21 and October 25, 2026, I was told 19 times that "the team is checking" or "we'll update you as soon as possible", without a single deadline or concrete solution. Support stays polite, but it never answers the actual question.

My advice: if you buy from them, remove every one of their team members from your BM immediately after delivery, whatever support tells you, and don't expect any help even during their "warranty period".

Update (October 26, 2026):
- In January, KAZAN told me they keep "1 team profile inside the BM for when replacements and other maintenance is needed", and that their employee accounts "do not have admin rights over the Pixel BM".
- On October 24, their support wrote: "As part of our standard protocol, access is typically removed once a client has had the service for over a month." Their accounts were never removed.
- On October 25, KAZAN promised me a refund in writing ("We will refund the money"), then withdrew it the same evening ("Yes I am backing off").
- They then committed in writing to reinstate or replace my Facebook account for free.
- After this review was posted, they wrote "We won't help you any further", then said they would only help if I deleted this review first: "we need to see your negative Trustpilot review deleted first before proceeding further."
- When I refused to delete it before anything was resolved, they told me "We won't help you with anything" and removed me from the support chat.
- Final result: the €255 BM is lost, its admin accounts that came with it still have full control, the Facebook account is still locked, and I got no replacement and no refund.

I really like the service. They were very patient with me. I ask a lot, but they replied very fast and very clear. Response time in this niche is key.

Have been running ads for years, worked with different agencies. KAZAN Solution is, by far, the best agency I’ve ever worked with. The assets they provide are top-tier, and both their customer service and communication speed are genuinely the best and fastest I’ve experienced. We’ve been working with Kazan Solutions for our Meta ad accounts and the experience has been very solid. Communication is fast, they understand the performance marketing side of things, and whenever we run into account issues they’re quick to help and find a solution. So far so good i have a good experience with kazan they response 7 days a week and it take just maximal 10 min before you get response from them so Really good service!
