It really works for joint pain
So happy with this purchase! It works so well that I have switched to regular shipments so I never run out. Joint pain after playing pickleball and this product gets rid of it so I can function and sleep. And you only use a very small amount for it to be effective. Totally worth it.

The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because of the shipping/tracking method. I don't appreciate being forced into downloading yet another app in order to track my shipment.

Antwort von Kat's Naturals
Hi, I'm sorry for the confusion, you don't have to download the app, it's just an option. We send an email with the tracking information as soon as an order ships. I hope this helps for all future orders, and have a wonderful day!

Antwort von Kat's Naturals
Hi Larry, I'm sorry for the confusion! Our shipping protection is not required. There is a place at the top right of the checkout box where you can opt out of the shipping protection. It is only there for those who prefer to have the protection. Please let me know if you have any questions, and have a lovely day!
