My son had found a katana sword on your website that he wanted for his birthday. Unfortunately when it came to payment the UK website crashed and I was directed to the French website which did work, but then because it was a sword I had to declare it was for display purposes only. I completed the form but the website wouldn’t let me submit it. So I tried to send a message but the website wouldn’t let me submit it. So I emailed and no one replied. So I called and got a French voicemail. I left a message in ‘school French’ not expecting anything and worrying where I had sent my money. However a ‘human being’ WhatsApped me back fairly quickly and from then on the customer service was great. They sorted out the issue, reassured me I wasn’t being scammed and got me a tracking number. The sword arrived today and looks great. Hopefully my son will love it. So….

We had our product delivered on time, very helpful customer service. Amazing quality and craftsmanship. It’s a black katana with snake skin cover , silk bag and stand.

Ils se cachent bien de dire que les katana ne sont pas produits en France , qu’ils y a des frais de douane du 1/4 du montant du katana à régler pour récupérer son colis … attention aux petites lignes . La valeur déclarée du colis et égal à 30% de la valeur qu’on paye sur internet . Et lorsqu’on leur demande plusieurs fois d’avoir un certificat ou un document pour prouver l’authenticité de ce qu’on vient d’acheter il n’y a personne pour répondre….

Terrible customer service, I've been waiting for my katana for 6 months now, I haven't received either the katana or my refund, be careful!

First thing's first, the katana I recieved is great. I am honestly surprised by the quality of the craftsmanship, great details, heavy, high quality blade, well packaged and presented with everything you need, display plinth, sword case, sword is 10/10 for the price.
But the reason for the 3 stars, is because the customer service is almost non existant, I sent several emails asking for an update, I recieved 2 responses, both of which were quite confusing and unreassuring. I was told I would recieve an email when it gets dispatched, I didn't, I wasnt even sure if I was going to recieve the katana because after 1 month from placing my order, I heard nothing. But today it randomly came in the mail, without any prior notification, and I got an email saying "we thought you'd like to know your order has been delivered", well yes... I know that.. since I am the one who recieves my own packages 🤣 a simple email saying it was dispatched would have been way better 🤣 if you buy from katana empire, you will probably recieve your katana, but when is a mystery, and they probably wont respond to emails. If you are alright with that, sword is amazing!

My son who is 16 ordered from this website and he did it with my wife’s ID , the company accepted without any proof like a live video or something to see that the buyer is over 18 , but the worse thing is that I am emailing them for over a week to return the sword and even call them on the number in France and o answer and they say the customer service is here to help but they never answer so they are waiting for the 14 days so you cannot return the items bought from them , Katana Empire answer to my email or I will sue you because you sold to a minor person !!! Answer my emails so I return the sword

J'ai reçu il y a 3 jours la réplique du Katana de Kill Bill et j'en suis content. Jolie gravure sur la lame et fidèle au film. Pas de frais à réception pour ma part.

A fuir - Site non recommandable.
Après une commande je me suis aperçu que l offre de réduction en cours n’avait pas fonctionné.
Des mails ont été envoyé immédiatement mais le « Éric de Katana Empire »a fait le mort après avoir fait semblant de ne pas comprendre.
Puis délai très important, ensuite super surprise de livraison avec des frais de 34€.
Après explications il s’agit de frais de douane mentionné sur le site mais bien caché.
Enfin le fourreau du Katana est abîmé
Malgré plusieurs relances aucune discussion possible, aucune offre de remboursement établie.
J ai été obligé de faire fonctionner l’assurance de ma banque pour obtenir gain de cause auprès de ce marchand peu scrupuleux.
Si j ai un conseil à vous donner, si vous ne voulez pas être déçu …. Fuyez ce site

Que ferais je d un bon d’achat pour un site aussi mauvais.
Achèteriez vous des pommes pourries auprès de votre maraîcher ?

Après une très longue attente, quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de voir arriver un katana de Chine avec des frais de douane. Tout cela ressemble à du drop shipping. Je déconseille.

super site avec de très bons prix et surtout une équipe réactive et à l'écoute. Je recommande pour leur prix mais surtout leur sérieux. Yoann
