Website awful/product and customer service great…
My son had found a katana sword on your website that he wanted for his birthday. Unfortunately when it came to payment the UK website crashed and I was directed to the French website which did work, but then because it was a sword I had to declare it was for display purposes only. I completed the form but the website wouldn’t let me submit it. So I tried to send a message but the website wouldn’t let me submit it. So I emailed and no one replied. So I called and got a French voicemail. I left a message in ‘school French’ not expecting anything and worrying where I had sent my money. However a ‘human being’ WhatsApped me back fairly quickly and from then on the customer service was great. They sorted out the issue, reassured me I wasn’t being scammed and got me a tracking number. The sword arrived today and looks great. Hopefully my son will love it. So….
