I booked a PCR test with 24 hr result. Overall a good experience, I arrived, did the test and the results were ready early morning the next day.

The easiest part of my journey
This was as good an experience with a PCR test as one could have. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful, checking my documents and making sure that my test documentation was appropriate to my destination. The report was delivered after a few hours, exactly what was promised.

not very rigorous
The procedure is quick, cheaper comparing to other labs.
But, I went to the SOHO one to have a PCR test same day and the staff at the reception helped me with the swab (only did one nostril). Emmm...
And, My appointment was at 12ish but the 'sample collection time' was 11ish. I went back to the lab, as it is an obvious mistake. The staff said 'the technician who wrote the report is at a meeting now but we will make sure you get the correct report by today'. I didn't receive anything afterwards except emails asking me to give the company a review online. Here it is.
Was thinking to rate 1 star, but the test result is accurate (I had 4 more PCR tests when I got back to my homeland and all negative) , so, 2 stars.
