Feels like a startup
I really want to love it, but I don't.
People are raving about Kartra, I'm struggling to see it.
It has loads of features most of which seem half finished.
This is what you should know.
1) The support is a joke - live chat is active for a few hours a day. You often have to wait and most of the time they cannot help you because they cannot access your account and refer you to submit a support ticket (which usually lasts 2+ days to hear back from) or they send you to their FB group to ask users?? Seriously?
2) You cannot "undo" in the email editor. What?
3) Calendar is great but syncs with all connected calendars so you get the events created in all connected calendars.
4) Media library is only for certain features, not for emails.
5) It has minimal support by 3rd party apps
6) You cannot see who unsubscribed from your lists so you can delete them (because they are not removed if they unsubscribe from all lists)
7) Email text editor looks like from Windows 98 and is just as buggy.
I could go on and on, but this should be enough.
As I said, a lot of potentially great features but most half done.
I'm trying to toughen it out and see if they fix all these things (or find out it's just me).
I'm sure there's a lot to love but I'm still searching.

Draft emails should auto-save
Draft emails should auto-save. I have to wait on client approval for A/B tests. Sometimes I get a response days later and will have to either leave the window open for days or totally recreate the email. Karta has many small frustrations like this.
**EDIT: changing this review to a 3/5. I frequently email the support team (when I'm too lazy to trouble shoot) and they always get back with a thorough response within 24 hours - so thx Kartra!

A complete all in one marketing system that offers great value for money.
It can seem a little intimidating when you login at first as there is so much available to you in one place.
I found that once you are clear about what you want to achieve and have mapped it out before you login, it's so much easier. I strongly recommend it to small business owners who want to leverage the internet for growth
