Very happy with my experience & would recommend
The app was so easy to use and I really appreciate how everything was made to be so simple. Step by step instructions on how to get the car etc.
I also appreciate that they make you take picture before and after renting.

Best way to rent a car
Easy to look around for a car to rent. Easy booking. Document verification was also done in a few minutes which is very quick. The whole process of renting a car is very simplified to keep both the owner and renter feel safe. The car owners usually have a very detailed information about the car which is very useful. Would definitely keep renting on karshare and recommend to friends.

Exceptional app and customer service 👏
Great app and amazing customer service. With all honesty, I can say that I haven't seen such a pro active and helpful customer support before. I've had some minor issues with couple rentals but it's alway been dealt with promptly and efficiently and therefore, never lost trust in Karshare. I only hope that as the success continues and growth proceeds, the current (high) level of costumer service stays the same.

Disappointing Experience
There was heatwaves around the UK and driving around in this car wad my worst nightmare. The air conditioning of the car was not working and the car was making terrible noise forcing me to stop multiple times in between to check if there is something wrong with the car. What I wanted to be a fun weekend with my friends, turned into a total nightmare because of this car.
Apart from this, I have rented cars from Karshare before and have always cleaned the car before ending the rental. Even this time, I made sure to clean the car before I ended the rental and I still have been falsely charged cleaning fee without any discussion.
I am extremely disappointed.

Straighforward and very practical!
The app is very easy to use, you find cars from neighbours to rent for the duration you need and the pick-up/drop-off times that suit you. I've used it 3 times already, and except for one time when the Bluetooth connector was not cooperating, I still managed to go through the rental as there was always someone from customer service available to help w/ limited waiting period. I highly recommend this app.

The whole process is great
The whole process is great, and basically very easy. The only issue is requiring internet connection to unlock the car, which can be an issue in more remote areas with poor mobile reception.

Brilliant and easy
Karshare is very convenient and easy to use. It's allot cheaper than conventional car rental. I love the fact you don't have to meet anyone and faf around. You simply book, go to the location at the time of rental and unlock the door's with your phone. Brilliant really. I will be using Karshare allot more I think.
