No explanation why the item didn't get posted just message saying I got refunded

Ordered a product, payed for the product then got emailed with a refund notification 2 days later (was in stock when ordered and payed for it)

Ordered some groundbait,5 days later I had an email saying you have reimbursed me with no explanation at all.so I replied asking for said explanation but no response,had my refund now but I won't be using this service again.goodbye.

Parcel never even arrived, no explanation as to why it did not arrive, just a notification about a refund.(10 days possibly until refund.)

Terrible experience, ordered online, two days later revived an email telling me that my order was cancelled. No explanation or nothing, the place is a complete joke. 😡😡😡😡😡

Took my online order and my payment. Two days later I get and email telling me that I am getting a refund, with no explanation as to why my order was cancelled. On top of which they have only refunded me part of my payment and not responded to my email requesting a full refund. I shall be contacting Trading Standrds to try to recover my cash.

I ordered a pole on 16/08 and chased by telephone on 19/08 as I had received no update regarding its dispatch. The telephone conversation revealed that there was a short quantity in the number of top 2 kits that was not referenced in the online advert. I was offered a £50 discount from the original purchase price, which i accepted, and was told that the pole would be dispatched on Monday 21/08 with next day courier delivery. I waited in on 22/08 and, later in the day, received an E Mail at 16:06 saying my "order is on the way". I waited in again on 23/08 and as at 18:06 on 23/08 the pole has still not been delivered. I don't have any courier or tracking details so I will now have to wait in again on 24/08 in the hope that the pole is eventually delivered.

Addendum to original post:-

The pole was delivered on 24/08. The courier label has a date of 21/08 and notes next day delivery so the late receipt after despatch appears to be a courier issue.

Haven’t received my items or any correspondence as to why. A week now for some hooklengths that cost £6.99 in postage. I assumed the extortionate amount to deliver some hooklengths would be next day or special delivery. Absurd cost of delivery for something so small and I still await their delivery 👎

Items were missing from delivery and next day delivery wasn't achieved but the company were there to explain and also refunded half my order due to inconvenience which I appreciated will try them again due to the response I received
