Good and efficient service provided by Luke

Once again a pleasure to work with Luke Casey and Hayden Watts at Karis Capital on another complex BTL case for a client who was refinancing his new build development property and also equity releasing to provide deposit funds to complete on another development scheme. Both Luke and Hayden worked tirelessly with the BTL lender, aware of the timescale pressure and as always found solutions to any hurdles we came across. i’ve been in the market for many years, but I haven’t seen something like that for a long time. These guys knows what they’re doing.
