Worst seller. Sent me the wrong size shoes by 2 numbersand asked me to pay to send it back to Asia. Or replace item and again pay for shipping from Asia. Also the product is not similar to the one in the photo. Very poor quality.

If I could give this business zero starts I would. They have horrible customer service when it comes to returning. Their products are shipped from Asia and therefore there is a $20 restocking fee if you want to return anything. My item only cost me $40 so they wanted to charge me half of my item PLUS shipping to send it back PLUS a $20 restocking fee. What is the point of being able to return the item when after I pay all of that I basically paid for a whole nother item. They offered me a discount code and then when I go back on there site to use it the item I bought is marked up so if I use the discount code I’m basically paying the same price I paid for the first wrong item they sent me. However , at checkout I realize there is no place on their website to even put the discount code they heave me so I can’t even use it if I wanted to. This company is horrible , DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE!

AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is a sham business. The products look absolutely nothing like the images on their website.

Have nothing to do with any shoes on this company website. I placed an order before I saw reviews about this company on Reddit and I was thinking 🤔 It cannot be that bad. Infact, it is everything they said. First off, this company does not tell you they have no inventory, it is after an order is placed you realize the shipment is coming from China. If you need something urgently, this is not the site to order from because my order took 16 days. The item finally arrives and it is something made from all the cheapest materials and the the sizing is so incorrect. Also, the shoe buckles are loose. That's why I hate online purchase 😒 Thankfully I bought this product on sale otherwise tears would be flowing. Terrible experience 😪 I wish I could give it a zero star but delivery was free.

The dress i ordered was supposedly half price to £51 when it came it was so cheap and not at all like the picture. Never again would I buy from here. I will have to take this as a bad buy not wearable . As it was for a wedding would not wear it to anything but to send it back would probably cast the price of the dress postage and restocking i would not bother restocking if I was them so disappointed

Jacket nothing like on the picture. Paid over £45.00. must have cost about £2.00 to make . Absolute rubbish. Scam scam. Something I can't afford but looked really nice ,what a mug

The dress I received looked absolutely nothing like what was on the website. When I inquired about a return, they kept indicating that a stocking fee would be $20 even though it says 15 on their website and then told me it would cost $60-$70 to return an item that only cost 50 to begin with. They were extremely difficult to work with and I ended up just taking a total loss on the item I’ve purchased. Do not buy from them!

Do not order same clothes on shein for much cheaper and you cannot return, their email has AI bots so always repeating themselves but they did give me this 60% off every one go ahead and use it NEW60

Just heard from this awful company again. They constantly repeat themselves and will not reimburse if they cannot provide the goods. Shocking. Just a scam.

What I thought I ordered and what I got are not the same. I ordered a beautiful head covering with a face shield for a trip this winter. What I received is awful. It does not look like the photo at all. Returns are NOT free! You will have to pay to return it. To CHINA. It is a rip off company. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a beautiful woolen top not realising it was coming from China. When it eventually arrived, it was nothing like the top I ordered! It was polyester and a different, faded pattern. So cheap looking. I had paid £38 for this so I contacted them and although they replied quickly, they just keep repeating themselves about how if I want to return it it would cost the return postage to China as well as a $20 restocking deduction and it will take a long time and could be delayed or even lost!
After at least 10 emails back and forth I was ready to pay postage for the correct item to be sent however emails (5) since then have asked what is wrong with the order and would I like a review??
I give up. ****Update I have raised a dispute with my bank who are pursuing recovery of the £38 paid to these scammers

I ordered a lovely jacket and received the wrong item.They will let me return it if I pay for shipment to China and a 20% restocking fee. After much going back and forth, they will now let me re-order what I bought and paid for at a discounted price.
Pure bait and switch.
